Great place to get all what you want for your exotic pets needs. They have had all I've needed up to now & staff are more than willing to help. They even tell you when they're getting their next delivery if they don't have what you need & I dare say they will order you something if they can.

We went during lockdown and were really disappointed by how we were treated. However we’ve been again since, met the owner and purchased an Ackie. My son was really pleased with the entire experience, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys from enquiring about a Bosc Monitor Lizard, through to bringing our new member of the family home today. They are unendingly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The high standard of animal care, safety and responsible ownership are at the heart of what these guys do. It's their hobby and their passion. All of the enclosures in the shop are immaculate and all of the creatures are in excellent condition and well cared for. They actively encourage you to get in touch after you take your new pet home with any questions you might have. Couldn't possibly ask for better service! We're over the moon with our little bosc. Been coming here for years, absolutely fantastic place for anything exotic pet related, ended up leaving with a new "baby" after only going to look!?! The staff are always friendly and are so knowledgeable, you can tell they genuinely care about all the pets they have in.. The staff in store today were amazing, extremely helpful and friendly and were kind enough to answer questions. Unlike a few shops I've been in with it being quiet they were not in a rush to get me out the shop. I've bought a few things now from here and each time they have been to the best standard I could I ask for and expect. The people who own and or work here are excellent. They definitely know their stuff. Give good advice and support. You can even book your pet in for short stays at a extremely good rate. I would never have any doubts about doing this. The shop it self looks well stocked with exotic pets, equipment and food supplies. The for sale are well looked after in clean environments. Excellent shop for the exotic pets. This shop has been their many years they sell all the equipment your need to look after your exotic pet. They also have a lot of knowledge in the exotic pets they sell. They have a variety of snakes spiders and reptiles and frogs. Well recommended place to go if you are thinking of owning a exotic pet.

Great reptile shop. They have a wide selection of lizards, snakes and frogs for sale. Also some spiders 🕸 if you're in to that. I buy my lizard his live food from here, they have 2 deliveries a week so the live food is always fresh. I would never buy live food from pets at home as most of the time it's on its last legs and you pay through the roof. I have a discount card which gets me 10% off, it's already paid itself back three times over just on live food. The staff are very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about most lizards and snakes. Great for a little visit if you or your kids just want to view some reptiles, there is an impressively large snake here too!

This shop is where you go for all things reptile and exotic reptiles staff here are really helpful and friendly and very pleasant they have a great range of various snakes , gecko's, spiders different starter kits for your chosen animal they have a great selection of live food plus all different types of accessories ie bulbs reptile medium etc all at a reasonable price there is two big glass cabinets as you go in with a very impressive size snake and a black lizard of some description was really impressed with the place they also do boarding for your pet reptile if you have to go away or on holiday if you are interested in getting anything well worth a look in and getting some advice from them
