I love this store, thier is a gentleman working thier now (ginger, thinned hair) must get his name next time, he has gone above and beyond to help to help during my marine lighting misshap today, he could see my stress and my panic and dropped everything and ran around the floor to help find the correct items for me with such urgency, he completely understands just how much our time energy care and passion goes into our aquariums, he has help us on multiple occasions and with setting up a new beta tank too, an absolute asset to the company, I don't normally leave reviews but he deserves to know he's very much appreciated, thank you

Bought an aquatic marine tank from them. The item wasn't in stock there, but it was in stock at a nearby branch and had it transferred to the Ponteland store the next day. Very helpful.
