Fantastic shop, has literally EVERYTHING I ever needed for my kitten. The staff are super super super nice and it’s by far the best shopping experience I’ve had in Newcastle since I’ve moved here. Staff went above and beyond to get me what I needed and the click and collect delivery option was extremely fast. Lovely lovely shop and even more lovely people

Great place for great finds for animals. I got the most beautiful Pink K9 harness for our little Dachshund who hates leads. She has been using a harness for the past year and hides every time. Staff had lots of patience which paid off. Our dog has never been happier in her harness

Great pet shop-pretty much the only reason I visit the Grainger market these days. All the food/treats/toys they sell are high quality and very reasonably priced. They do not sell any junk which is important. All the staff there are very friendly, attentive and happy to help.

Five star service, we went to the shop to have a chat with Nick, he was very polite and knowledgeable, he listened to our questions and requests as we had just adopted two kittens and were unsure about what food to get for them. It's been almost a year already and we have two beautiful healthy cats thanks to the lovely food Nick recommended, just really good natural healthy brands for cats. We now shop online from his store and our orders arrive really quickly between 1 or 2 days after placing the order, sometimes even in the evening if we ordered in the morning. They have literally everything you could ever need for your pet. What I particularly like is that they have a really good range of healthy pet foods at competitive prices. The owners are really knowledgeable, helpful and seem genuinely interested in you and your pet. Their delivery service has been absolutely amazing during lock down.

Popped in today to find alternative food for a kitten who is sick of the boring supermarket food. Walked in to a great range of food. We were immediately greeted and helped by a young lad behind the counter. Really knowledgeable and assessed our situation brilliantly. Fantastic pet store with fantastic service. Love the people who own the shop. Excellent customer service with a wide variety of pet food that is good for your dog. They will also guide you through what food will be best for your dog based on the type and breed of dog you own. The pet toys there are of good quality and will last longer than buying the cheap ones from the pound shop. Spend a little more and enrich the quality of life for you and your pet. Feeding your pet cheap dog food will be less than optimal results in their health and will ultimately cost you in more frequent visits to the veterinarian.

The man behind the counter was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable and Millie is extremely happy with the new food that I bought. Adopted a cat a few days ago and the staff at robinson's have been amazing in giving advice on best cat food, litter and ways to get my cat settled into her new home. Will definitely be my go to pet store now.

Went to get some advice on the best type of harness to stop my dog pulling when out for a walk. They recommended the dogmatic head harness. Got it home and it was too big,went back and they exchanged it with no problems. Stopped my dog pulling instantly. They are very friendly and helpful and definitely know what they are talking about. Will not go any where else now.

If you need pet supplies then this is the store for you as they do everything for your pet and they do cage's and accessories like that and they advertise pet's for sale but don't do them as I get my pet supplies plus extras all the time from here and the staff are friendly and helpful
