Absolutely love b&m. Great choices of most things. Staff generally polite and cheerful. I would give more stars but the entrance and exit of the store I visit is not disable friendly as the gradient on the path outside is awful. Also, people outside smoking is not good. Not b&m's fault but if enough people complained, perhaps the things I mentioned could be addressed.

Really well laid out store with a good selection of items. The tills were very busy and queues were a bit messy but sorted themselves out would help if a staff member could assist during really busy periods to manage it a bit.

B&m home store this is a huge store with plenty to choose from i found a good selection of food tin food mostly but they do sell other stuff such as milk i normaly buy more things than i go in for take a large bag could be needed good wide isles plenty of parking you have halfords, iceland, a huge bathroom centre plus the range not much they dont sell also iceland, across the road a new drive through complex thats got three busneses coffe pitza and gregs i think worth a visit if your in the area for sure

Nice big store..If using public transport to get to this location it is a bit of a wait unfortunately as buses seem to only run every half hour past here..I found what I wanted quite quickly Plenty of friendly staff around to help you if needed..Shelves fully stocked very tidy store. It has everything you need .Signs allocated above each aisle so you know where to go for whatever you need..Very spacious. Worth a trip to get everything you need in one place

Plenty of bargains to be had , checkout operator was quick and polite asked if I needed a carrier but did not assist with packing. Very busy art this time of the year although parking is adequate it's like a circus getting in and out . If only people had a minute to spare, it's all rush and me first attitude. Shopping was good , car park put me off going there on the weekend but I'm sure everywhere is the same from now till the 24th December.

Wonderful place to shop. A large well ordered store that is very clean and well stocked. It's very similar to other B&M stores of course, but even so, this one is up there with the best of them. Nice friendly staff and prices as always, are superb. What's not to like?

Nice one level shop. They sale a wide range of things from food to DIY but for some reason, I don't know why, it is extremely hot in there always. And in this summers heat it was awful, even though they have put in some large air conditioning units, which don't help. Nice friendly staff. Queues are not long at the tills and has great access for disabled people and lots of parking again all one level.

What fabulous service given by a young lady called Mackenzie, she was so kind and polite and really made such a busy period so calming. Mackenzie showed excellent people skills and spoke clearly, unknowing to her I suffer with hearing loss and often struggle in shops. What an asset to the team. And I hope she gets to see this review as I would like her to know that she made my day after being in work myself with lots of complaining customers about the weather and how busy it has been during this Christmas pandemic. Able to get most of my shopping, bread, milk,bacon,rice, etc. Biscuits boxed, for gifts, personal hygiene stuff, ironing board, batteries, bedding, paint, etc. All under one roof, huge queue it seemed, social distancing ,well organised, didn't have to wait long at all...friendly cashier and helpful.

I've given the 5 stars for the staff service, they couldn't have been more helpful...I don't know how they work in the store thou, it seems like management don't think staff need any air while working, it's so stuffy and hot and the ceiling fans are worse than useless..some staff looked near to collapsing!! Invest in some air conditioning!
