I really like shopping here, at the moment they are selling Christmas decorations all half price so you can really pick up a good deal and just put them away till Christmas. There is a good range of hand tools, also at very pleasing prices. Its a pity they dont sell power tools coz if you go by the prices for other stuff in store they would make a killing.

Nice big store, similar to What! Stores. Cheap household cleaning product, decorating products and even car stuff. Great cheap tools for the basic home DIY'er. Can be cold in this store in the winter so don't forget a coat.

Went there to buy Xmas lights. The store is very big. Just make sure you are well wrapped up in the colder months as there is never any heating in store. BUT they do have some really nice stuff in store.

A bit of an eclectic mix of items for sale from food to furniture. Some pretty good prices and reasonable stock (some tacky stuff too). Has a warehouse feel to it, but that keeps prices down I guess. Car parking is OK with disabled spaces near entrance.

Great shop for wasting an hour in. I love it in here. You can find anything in this shop and the staff are always nice and helpful. Many items are below supermarket prices which is really helpful.

The staff need training in customer relations. I said "excuse me" to a member of staff who snarled "I'm busy with another customer" and she walked off. Another member of staff said "If you can't find it we probably haven't got it" It's as if they are there to work their shift and get home as soon as possible. This is something that management should really look into. Having said that I must admit that there are a lot of bargains to be had with some nice quality products, hence my 3 stars rating.

It depends on what you are looking for?? It has a lot of new household furniture, that is new and it looks really good quality as well. It's ok for the DIY man as the price are resemble, things for the car, to bathroom fittings, gardening, they also have a lot of different gravels, but they have some things for a baby, but they have stopped buying baby nappies, they no longer stock them.

Theres a guy who works on furniture, short man with glasses . He is the most helpful man so polite and nothing is to much trouble for him. He comes out to car to make sure it will fit and he puts it in car .what a gentleman.

This shop has got better over the years it's been open. They have a great deal of more branded named goods now. It's Always good to go in with the attitude you will consider a purchase if it's a good deal and It's something you were looking for or needed. They have sections of different goods. From home wares to gardening essentials. It can be hit and miss and they really should have more organisations on the layout. New trolleys DEFFONATELY wanted/needed. They are a little dated and wonkey to push. That's before you put anything in them. I've always found the staff plesant and helpful....

I love a good trip to Buyology, you go in for one thing and end up spending £30 on wood chilled, giant kitchen rolls, a lawn mower cover and a tyre iron. It's great to stock up and has a lot of low cost tools that so far are standing the test of use and time. A few times I've needed something and thought 'I bet Buyology has it' and it hasn't disappointed (like when I needed a giant single use roasting tray, a giant number for my bin, stove paint, aluminium ttape or cheap plastic tubs) it's a top shop!

Buyology is a large store with normal and disabled parking immediately outside. Inside, is a maze of aisles, holding virtually everything you might need for the house, garden, diy etc. The list is endless! Their prices are remarkably cheap compared to the high street stores, and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a spare hour or two, don't miss the opportunity to visit!

Went to Buyology with my wife in Newport. There was no one cleaning the trolleys. We wiped them ourselves. Not all customers abide by the social distance rule inside the shop. Only a handful of customers and members of staff wearing face masks, the others don't seem to care. The government need to make it compulsory for everyone to wear face coverings when they are in a shop

As bargain stores go, it has one of the biggest collections of general tat in Newport - I don't think I've ever actually come away with anything I want, but if you want G-clamps that are going to fall apart, second rate wallpaper, or a faded rug, this is the place for you..
