I could have stayed at the Isle of Wight Pet Centre for hours watching the birds chatter and fly around. The member of staff that helped me chose a mate for my budgie was very friendly and helpful and also very knowledgeable. The animals are very well looked after and all very healthy. The stock of pet food, toys, cages and accessories is great. They literally have everything you need for your pets. I highly recommend the Isle of Wight Pet Centre. You won't be disappointed.

Mrs H and I visited here for the first time today to get some fish. Very helpful and friendly staff and a very entertaining parrot made the experience lovely. The cafe is nice too with outside seating and a cracking view across the valley. Only had coffee which was fine but will be going back to sample their breakfast which, as seen when spying on other customers, looked great.

Another hidden gem. Really good food and good prices too. Lovely location and surrounding views. Looks like it's a work in progress as its better on each visit as the grounds are being landscaped. Highly recommended

Lovely pet friendly cafe with a fantastic view. Scrumptious cakes and delicious light meals. Great place to get a bite to eat and relax for a while, away from it all. I will definately make this a regular stop.

I only came in to look about and find out about some little fellers but now I'm going to have to go back and buy one as I fell in love! Bex is extremely helpful and kind, knows everything I needed to learn about. Highly recommended for a new buddy or just to have a browse.

Noticed there sign when visiting the pet shop. Down the side but a very nice surprise. Large, airy and lovely view out back. Had lovely panini's and apparently they do Sunday meals. Highly recommend you try them. A little hidden treat.

Brilliant shop. Great range of livestock, pet foods and goods! Excellent, helpful, polite staff and customer service. Animals are all very looked after and in excellent condition. After sales on livestock purchased here are also brilliant, professional and very well planned for and looked after. I purchased a beautiful little Indigo/violet blue Budgie from here. I would definitely recommend them and shop here in the future. Also, if you're an animal lover or parent(s) you will LOVE it here! 😃😁🤩😍❤️🐦🐶🐱🐰🐾

First time I've been here since the fire.We used the cafe whilst on a walk through the lanes .I only had a coffee which was a nice flat white the others had food which they all said was lovely and all said they would eat there again.The veiws of the country side are outstanding

This is my new favourite place. The staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. They are really knowledgeable about their animals. The cafe is AMAZING and Laura who runs it is happy to help in any way possible. The coffee is lovely and the food is very good and reasonable in price. A really wonderful family friendly place. Will be incredible over the next few weeks so go visit tell your friends to go it's awesome xx

When you arrive there is plenty of parking. Inside I found friendly, knowledgeable staff who are happy to help and give advice. The animals all looked well cared for and the prices are reasonable too.

This is a place with something for everyone for a pet/Aquatics shop. The staff are great and WILL take the time out to give you any of the information you require. They are a genuine bunch of guys & gals with a great knowledge base and the 'will' to do a good job for anybody who chooses to use isle of wight pet centre, they go above & beyond for us and care deeply for the animals they transition. Pop in if you get the chance & have a look around, and dont be afraid to ask as ALL of the staff are good people and more than helpful. Il be shopping there from here on in...big thumbs up 👍🏻

Excellent pet shop very knowledgeable members of staff who were very helpful when I bought a Russian Hamster from them.Nothing was too much trouble for them.There is also a cafe too where the food is excellent too.Definitely worth a visit as they sell everything for your pets needs.Will definitely be going back for food and bedding for my hamster.

For all of your needs be it pets of different varieties and some amazingly well looked after fish stock to plant & animal nutritions & information you need look no further. These guys are great and have top end stock and the knowledge to allow you to make the correct choices. Il be shopping here from now on as I like to ask questions about my ideas on purchases I'm thinking about making, these guys will put you straight if you need it and will easily and honestly answer your questions wether it costs them money or not, they'll always put you on the right path...👍🏻👍🏻

They take great care of Thier animals and a wide range of them, they re-home animals and even take care of them whilst you're on holiday. and if the animal you want isn't available the pet shop orders them in . Very happy with service Becky is a ledgend

The customer service is second to none, all staff know their stuff about the pets in the shop. Pets to buy include a wide variety of birds, reptiles, fish and arachnids (I may have spelt that wrong). If they don't have a particular pet that you want, they can order it for you, apart from dogs and cats (please visit any of the various rescue centres on the island). The shop has a large range of pet supplies, cages and vivariums. They have also recently opened up a petting zoo and a birds of prey display area. There is also a cafe which serves food and drinks including alcoholic beverages. Please may I add that I am a very satisfied customer and do not work there.

Lovely staff lots of birds . Chamelions. Snakes. Bearded dragons. Fish for sale plus foods and cafes. Vivariums . Aquariums for sale. Cosy cafe with an assortment of food drinks and ice creams for sale. Plus T V and network.

Great friendly shop and seeing "Brolly" the cockatoo is always a treat often visit just to see Brolly. Pellets for birds are available (theyre not so easy to find on the island) and prices are fair.
