C. S.Short staffed, gentleman who served me was inexperienced with domestic sewing machines but pleasant enough. The person running it was very curt and literally pointing to a machine stating 'that one over there". Later saying 'or that one'. I felt unimportant, she was more interested in demonstrating an expensive model to potential customer. A more customer friendly approach needed. Wouldn't mind waiting if she had asked nicely.

G. P.U went on an overlocker course and I am very pleased. Very informative. I now can thread it and change the thread as often as I want. My upper looper snapped at the first garment and they tried to get the part for me bit my overlocker was to old m bit they tried. My husband managed to find a universal part and fitted it and it works so I'm back on track. Great service. Recommended
