My 1st ever order from here and wow before even opening the package it all smelt amazing, quick dispatch and beautifull packaged,have just put pop in my warmer and my whole house smells incredible will definitely be ordering again and sharing this small business on social media platforms ..

I rarely leave reviews, but I've been absolutely blown away by the customer service I've received from Leanne at Scented Rainbows. I placed a fairly large order containing birthday gifts, which unfortunately the courier never delivered. But after contacting Leanne (as the courier would only deal with enquiries from the 'supplier', not the customer!) she didn't hesitate to help me. She must've spent hours back and forth chasing the parcel, which subsequently never arrived. And despite being incredibly busy, she kept me in the loop the whole time. When it became apparent the courier wasn't going to help, without hesitation she offered to refund me for the sold out items, and sent the remainder of my order for a second time, with no extra charge. I've been buying from Scented Rainbows for the past year, and I'd never go anywhere else for melts now. Not only are they far superior in quality to every single one of the more "well-known," larger business brands in scent, wax quality and aesthetic, but Leanne has proven exactly why we should ALL be supporting small businesses in the first instance. Unrivalled customer service, and the satisfaction of knowing you're supporting someone's family, not a global, faceless brand. From one business-owner mum to another, Leanne you should be incredibly proud of everything you've achieved. Thank you so much for everything - you have a lifelong customer here. :)

Scented rainbows wax is amazing, lovely and strong and they last days, even once the burners are turned off you can still smell the amazing scent the next day. Customer service is excellent and dispatch amazingly fast. If you try you won’t be disappointed😀

Absolutely fantastic supplier for not just wax melts but body and bath items as well as more recently carpet freshener! They also do a dropbox service so you can order, pay and have it held to save on delivery costs. I love this as i can release it once im through all my current melts and i have a lot...slighty addicted! I highly recommend Scented Rainbows, the owner is so kind and helpful too! She does this with her sister and still works full time and has a child! I have a huge amount of admiration for her!

I have tried many different waxes over the years, but these have to be the best by a mile, they don't smell "chemically " or artificial". Just fresh and clean. Leanne is so talented and very helpful if you need any guidance in the best waxes for you. I would highly recommend Scented Rainbow. Leanne not only makes amazing waxes, but also bath bombs, shower products, hand wash, face masks and so much more. You really are missing out if you haven't checked her website out.
