There is everything you might need for a great conscious shopping experience. Style, wide range of product, warm hospitality - they have it all. Pop in and I am pretty sure you will not be disappointed. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to do something good to our own home - Mother Earth! Merry Christmas!

We popped in to top up our 5l fabric softener. Ended up with getting body lotion, tooth paste tablets, dishwasher sponge and honestly we would probably get all the products they offer. Great place! Great products, amazing knowledgeable staff, cool environment of the old barn. Contact-less payment as a standard, 10% off for next re-fill... I believe they are considering to introduce extended opening hours for at least one day a week beyond 1800 which would be really helpful. I have noted that Google maps are not showing the shops location at all, hopefully this can be sorted soon. Free parking nearby makes it easy to access and the coffeshop across offers great welsh cakes to finalise the shopping experience with the sweet end. Having a nice walk in the Tredegar park makes the "shopping" trip more like a lovely morning off. Looking forward to pup in next time, best of luck for expansion!

What a wonderful place!!! It's now the only shop I go to for anything they sell (which is a lot - just ask - lots is tucked around). Not only are the women who own the shop amazing, but the products are fabulous, and it's possible to save huge amounts of money - especially on things like spices!! Several products I'd never tried before (like spelt noodles, and the Miniml products), which are now my family's favourite things. On Saturdays they have fresh baked sourdough, and they increase their range all the time. I LOVE this shop!!! In fact, so do all the people I know who have visited it. Super highly recommended.

We have been shopping with Sero for a few months now and absolutely love it! We are able to fill up on all of our favourite products in a convenient and sustainable way. We particularly love the fresh coffee beans and don't shop anywhere else for these now! The Sero ladies are so friendly and helpful and they offer a really great variety of products all from local suppliers. It's the perfect place to shop if, like us, you're trying to make small steps towards living in a more sustainable way. Also - try the vegan fizzy sweets, they're the best!

Love this shop, and love knowing that I am doing my bit for the environment each time I visit! Great range of products, and the team are always so welcoming. It is obvious that the ladies are passionate and knowledgeable about what they do, and are always on hand to answer any questions or offer any guidance. Sero are a fantastic company that myself and my partner discovered on social media and now use weekly. Like many others, we always said that we want to live better for us and the planet but always defaulted to old habits, so thank goodness we discovered Sero! We now live more sustainably in a convenient way and it’s so good for the soul too!. They recycle the usual suspects for us and we pick up re-fills and other fantastic products that they source locally / sustainably. Thank you Sero and if you’re reading this . . . Thank me later :)

Thank goodness for Sero! They have made being more environmentally friendly so much easier and even when I can’t get to store they’ve got options online. Also shop is in a great location for a Saturday stroll around Tredegar House. Just what Newport needed!

I have both visited the shops/pop ups and had refills delivered (milk-man style back in lockdown) and could not recommend the team enough - they're always on hand to offer advice and not judgemental in any way. They stock some cheaper options which is great, as I can't bring myself to spend £7 on shampoo! But they also do a few more slightly expensive options if you want to treat yourself (one of these is Cole and Cole body wash which scent-wise reminds me of something I've had in a hotel!).

Outstanding and very personalised customer service, even if living outside of Wales and buying remotely. High quality product range - I particularly love the Kutis all natural deodorant! Would highly recommend!

I’m way too lazy to be as eco friendly as I’d like, but the appearance of Sero has made environmentally conscientious living convenient, affordable, approachable and fun. Not only does Sero cater for all my regular household needs via a comprehensive and compelling array of refills, it also offers a beautiful variety of guilt free products, ranging from chocolate bars to upcycled dog leads and sensational single origin coffee. My monthly visit to Sero’s current residence is always a treat, offering fantastic customer service and a wealth of eco knowledge that is only surpassed by their commitment to sharing the good gospel of eco-friendly living through their bountiful social media offerings. I didn’t think making better daily consumer choices could be this easy or this enjoyable: I was wrong. Thanks Sero!! Even if you're not in south wales be sure to check out their online shop offering. PS: my partner has been hoarding toothbrushes for the past three years, waiting for a local option for teracycle to appear. I cannot emphasize how thankful she is to have this facility on our doorstep, especially as it leads to a welcome stroll around the grounds of Tredegar house.

Beautiful location by Tredegar House, had a lovely walk , Sero Zero shop was located by the cafe , so had look around, and bought some great products with zero waste , it was all good
