Fairly busy store with much of the usual B&M Bargains and offers the entrance to the store can be congested with customers trying to get goods from the shelf stocked right in the barriers entrance area and the first few metres of aisle getting into the main shelves in the store. Once inside the main building the main aisles seem to be full of cages or stock waiting to be packed on the shelves or empty cartons to go to the back stock room for disposal. the Store inside has a frozen food aisles which is good but the carpark outside of the store is not very big and can be busy though you can park in the favell carpark across the way and walk from there

Amazing service very time i go there. There is a lady whom works there she has beautiful quirky hair, sometimes pink and green. She recognizes me instantly. She is an asset the company. She is always so helpful and welcoming always assisting me to the toilets because she knows i travel far to get to Northampton every weekend. I will write another review when i remember her name or see her next.

The store is having a refurbishment so the size has been cut by about 20%. I didn't find the range of goods on offer to be that great and I didn't think the prices were much different to anywhere else The staff were friendly, the store felt a bit scruffy and some of the shelves were poorly organised and sparce. The worst section was children's toys, one small aisle and very little choice. I'll pop back in when the refurbishment is finished and see if it has improved, free parking though and plenty of spaces.

Some good bargains, but the shop is dirty and the shelves were mostly empty. Beware that a lot of items are not in stock even when the website says they are. Several wasted journeys.

I love a b&m shop. Mostly everything I need under one roof, including garden centre. Although I was disappointed at my last visit as there is no freezer section now. So no frozen food can be bought. Fridge section is still there, but no frozen food. Staff nice and friendly. Good car parking facilities too.

Friendly staff. Well stocked shelves. Not sure why their trollies generate so much static electricity but I had to put socks on my kids hands to stop him zapping me while he was sat in it. He found it hilarious!!

The shop is nice and tidy, the blonde lady in the garden centre is incredibly helpful. She advised me without asking for her help and with an attitude made me feel like I'm just casually shopping with a friend. Update: just went for a little Christmas shopping with my daughter and - though we are a little late- we still got everything we needed and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My lil one wanted to buy all the sparkly and shiny bits and the way these ladies covered my back, it was amazing. Thumbs up for B&M Veston favell

A good range of common garden plants are available at this store according to the season at competitive prices e.g. tomato plants at £1 and pots of herbs £2.50. Great store that offers a wide range of products from groceries to flat pack furniture. Member of staff who served me was very polite.

They have no freezer food its been removed. The worst thing about this store is they are always moving stuff around so u never find things in the same place. You can find some good bargains now and again.

It's It's same as usual, excellent store to find good bargains ! For the same placemat I purchased at Next for £12 (left) , I saw exactly the same at B&M for £5.00 (right) exactly the same quality, I picked a different colour this time to match my home theme :) 😀

The store was clean however, shelves were not so much in order and half of the clearance items were thrown on shelves like rugs impossible to find the prices on many items too. On the positive side, it was a good shopping experience and the tiller was friendly and nice.

Poor flower selection, surprising given its a bank holiday weekend. The till staff seemed a little dour and moody. Its always different when Elaine is working there as she is always cheerful and friendly. Clean and tidy store but all in all not as well stocked as I'd hoped. In and out in 7 minutes. Social distancing well observed.

I am disabled & cannot walk far atall i mobilise with a wheelie walker with a seat,i walk then sit when the pain starts ( i hardly ever go out ) but every pit stop i took ( and there were lots)a member of staff checked on me every time to ask i was ok .... brilliant

The store was chaotic and the whole back wall was blocked by pallets full of stock. I also struggled with lack of social distancing by customers but that was not B&Ms fault. I was pushed past by several people instore. The staff were friendly though and they made it for me. There was a solid collection of well priced food, home, garden & seasonal supplies. I purchased quite a bit regardless of the chaos in the rest of the store. But8 my checkout worker was lovely & friendly.

It's definitely getting better. The store still looks a bit messy but it's not surprising by the end of the day when people have raked it over. I found what I wanted and my sister treated me to the pink double duvet waffle covers. Excellent, nice and warm.

Good store with plenty of things to choose from, but badly let down by price tickets on the shelves. We found numerous products, especially toy and Xmas chocolates sections where there were lots of incorrect price labels. The only way to find out, was to keep going to the tills for a price check.

My experience in the store has always been great and I would like to say thank you for the discount that was given to nhs card holders during the pandemic it certainly made me and many others feel very much appreciated. sadly today was a first of experiencing rudeness from a member of staff the cashier felt it necessary to be putting my items through the till whilst I was still unpacking the basket onto the belt. Once I finished packing my shopping I quitely stated that "it is good practice to allow customers to unload their shopping before starting scanning" the cashier's reply was confusing she felt it was necessary to inform me that she had "worked through the pandemic was stressed and just accepted people do as they please" perhaps a bit of customer service training and how to listen to others. Covid is NOT an excuse for rude behaviour.

Decent discount store with lots of deals, recently expanded to offer frozen goods. A worthwhile visit, especially for anyone looking to save a few pounds. Could use a little spot and polish here and there, but it's one of the best discount stores I've ever dealt with. Staff are typically friendly, helpful, and polite.

Lovely shop, got all sorts in here. Even food shop. Frozen and fresh and tin goods. Paint, DIY, car accessories etc... Such a nice shop for good rummage round. You never know what they got till u look. Comes with big garden centre, with sheds for sale, stones, paving slabs, wood, fencing. Garden tools. Grass turfs.... This is great shop to look round. I'm sure you've all been to B&M. I hate myself when I shop there as I go in for one thing. Can't get it as they don't have stock that seems to be regular. Things you like can sometimes be scarce from one week to the next but I still end up spending far too much! You could probably do the majority of your Xmas shop in here and they do offer good sale items if you like a bargain. Don't get stung by the parking restrictions. It's 90 minutes or a fine.

Loads of choice, good prices but ... WATCH OUT FOR THE 90MINS PARKING ALLOWANCE. For such a large store surely this should be longer? I went over and got charged £90!!! Small store cramped for floor space too much cramped into the aisle then restricting your room to walk and difficult when wheelchairs and baby buggies also want to pass by I find the staff not to be particularly friendly when I asked a member of staff for a particular item if any more were on the stockroom I got a curt reply if it's not on the shelf then we don't have anymore and was not bothered to go and look and just walked off not my idea of good customer service not sure if I would shop there again
