The staff took the time to help me work out if the LP triple bongos would fit my percussion set up.. They put the order in that same day then called to let me know the supplier had delivered the bongos and they were on their way. The set of bongos arrived two days later on Christmas eve and are perfect. Thank you to all the staff at BW drum shop. for the fantastic service.

Bought my first ever drum kit from BW after playing the guitar for 20 years. Safe to say I was incredibly impressed, the staff helped me understand what I needed and made sure that I wasn't paying too much. The ability to buy second hand parts to reduce the overall price was a refreshing surprise as most companies enjoy pushing overpriced endorsed products on the customer. Ordered cable for a snare wire which was out of stock, yet Russ kindly sent me a little they had left in the shop to tide me over for some upcoming sessions i desperately needed it for. Cable then arrived not long afterwards. This is the kind of outstanding service that needs recognition and makes smaller drum shops worth it - going that extra mile for me as a customer is greatly appreciated. I'm in shock at the service I've received. I was desperate for my drum to arrive by a certain date. There was complications outside of their control with the shipping but they did EVERYTHING they could to get it to me by the promised date. The time they put in contacting the shipping and me certainly outways any profit made. I've never been valued as a customer before. I for one have learnt buying cheaper elsewhere is not worth it. If BW Drums are selling something I am looking for that I can buy cheaper elsewhere, I will still be buying from BW Drums as I know it's worth the service received.

Great service. Got what i needed over the phone within 2 minutes. After trying to buy some cymbals off of gear4music for 3 weeks i decided to cancel my order. BW Drum Shop were able to deliver the cymbals i wanted within 2 days for a lower price. Also i had been looking for tension rod that was missing from drum kit i bought from drumshop and they were kind enough to chuck in a few for free to help me out along the way. Decent stuff.

Called at short notice and was delighted with the excellent service in this well stocked store. I was made very welcome and Adam Gammage spent time with me considering options of drum heads and then with decision made, he spent time fitting, tuning and offering further sound improvement tips regarding my toms. It was good to be served by a professional drummer who not only shared some great knowledge, but was interested in my progress, and also brought me up to date on some new cymbals coming soon.
