C.Brought this stuff for oreo our pet rabbit it is a bit pricey but the stuff is good the labels were wrong on the shelf though as said the plush bed was 12quid but was alot more expensive than that, it has a large variety and when purchasing fish they ask way to many questions for some reason which gets annoying

D. S.Always very mixed service - feels like a bit of pot luck as to whether you get served by someone who cares about pets/customer service or someone who doesn't! Some staff are excellent and will go out of their way to ensure that you get this answers that you need. Others don't.

The Only thing I don't like is the raw pigs ears next to the till 🤮makes me feel sick everytime.

F.Both times been to get fish, both times been served by Andrew and both times experience has been amazing, even when it's busy, he takes the time to advise you and talk you through which is best for your tank and set up, also has a laugh with you aswell, you can genuinly tell he knows what he is on about and cares about the fish, he should be recognised for his great customer service by pets at home some how, would honestly say he is a credit to the store.

Minus the 1 star because a lady pushed in a massive cue and once I told a member of staff at the till, I think she was to afraid to tell her and just said oh sorry. Which I think wasn’t fair on the cue of customers who had to wait 😬

Ordered a dog crate, when i got it home i realised it was too big so i phoned up and they advised me that I could come back to exchange for a smaller one. One of the guys offered to take it to my car for me as it was heavy. Definitely recommend this place.

a. A.Such a huge choice of dog food, they had the Harrington's Hypoallergenic kibble that I was looking for, and it was on offer. Also picked up a huge bag of pick and mix dog treats, I have a happy dog.

The only reason why I gave this 3 stars is because they always seem to have an offer on the non grain free products, but it doesn't apply to the grain free, even though it's the same brand, identical packaging, technically your getting no grains so it should be part of offers. Staff are lovely though, really helpful and you can see they really care for animals.

E. M.A medium sized shop for your pet's needs, including their dogs' grooming service, situated by the entrance/exit, and vets section at the back. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Come off the roundabout by KFC and then right, all the way down and right again. You can also turn right into the parking area just before that. Be aware that the car parking area is one-way only, except for the main road down and main road left. Look out for people ignoring it.

N. P.It's a pet store that sells a variety of items for just about any pet you may have. They also sell rabbits, hamsters, rats, chinchillas, guinea pigs and fish. Personally I feel that a lot of the products on offer are expensive and can be obtained elsewhere for cheaper, but the staff seem quite knowledgeable about the pets they sell which can be invaluable when purchasing your knew pet if you have never had one before. There is also an in-store vets and dog grooming parlour.
