We got the bed and it is a really nice. The bed is strong, sturdy but with a delicate touch, nice sleep station indeed! Had an issue with some small stuff, spoke to Matt in customer service, and within two days I am to receive both left and right side replacement parts free of charge – great. With what I have experienced today, has made me a very happy customer, it goes to show that great customer service goes a long way, this company is now my go to for beds! And this is the standard that every company needs to adopt in order to get returning customers/business 5 stars all the way.

I purchased a Reylon Divan earlier this year which unfortunately developed a fault. From the day i contacted The Sleep Station i have had nothing but Excellent Customer Care from Mia-Alena Mass. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good Customer Care Service.

We bought a bed through sleep station..had a small issue with head board. We raised our concerns over email and within 2-3 days there was a replacement headboard sent to us free of cost. Spot on delivery. Very responsible seller. Fantastic costumer care. We bought a black velvet coved bed furniture. It's beautiful and are happy with it.

Excellent company, excellent prices. Bought a bed from sleep station in June 2018. We signed for 4 parcels but did not open the parcels until September due to a house renovation. Unfortunately their supplier had picked an incorrect box. We contacted The Sleep Station and they quickly got in contact with their supplier who sent on the correct box to complete the bed. I dealt with Matthew at The Sleep Station and he answered every email promptly and ensured the situation was resolved quickly. Would highly recommend this company, great customer service, great product and the best prices. Buy with confidence!

Great, polite and speedy communication, I received an email to say bed was out of stock and I was refunded immediately, unfortunately this bed that I've had my eye on for a while is out of stock everywhere so maybe a manufacturing problem, understandable considering the current situation with Covid-19. I look forward to buying from The Sleep Station in the future
