A. M.Accidentally walked in to carpet right instead of dreams, we were greeted by Paul who let us know we weren’t in fact in dreams but gave us information about the beds on offer. After going in to dreams and a couple of alternatives we ended up back in carpet right and couple of days later and Paul helped us through our purchase. Great service and very low pressure sales :)

G.Difficult to know how to rate.
Store has good spacing, and good selection of carpets, laminate flooring etc and the staff (Paul) very polite and knowledgeable about the products - five stars up to now for store and staff.
The downside it took about 30 mins of sitting down to complete the order - it seems to me the online ordering systems the staff have been provided by the Carpetright HQ/Tech team are extraordinary slow; this turns what should be a good experience into a tedious one where you are sitting there thinking "when is this going to end"...

M.Huge shop, confusing layout, friendly knowledgeable staff. Well lit, but always take samples outside to check colour in daylight. I used their home survey service for measurement & advice and that was excellent. The Sprowston retail park car parking is even more confusing in layout!
