This gorgeous little shop is like an Alladins Cave of loveliness. It has every thing magical ,spiritual and calming to choose from and lots more! Beautiful jewellery and unusual things as well as crystals, candles and essence sticks, tarot cards , fairy and folklore etc etc. So much choice of things. Staff were very friendly and couldn't fault the goods on offer ,service or the wonderful scents wafting inside this delightful little shop.

Oh my, what a place!! It's absolutely brilliant. Popped in for a gift and spent ages browsing. Incense sticks are phenomenal and reasonably priced. Plus the added bonus of the owner who is so lovely - a customer was distressed and told her very sad story, the owner was empathic and so kind, giving the young woman time and space. Even suggested the young woman could pop in anytime for a chat. Amazing. Would highly recommend this place for not only beautiful things but a really warming experience.

I normally visit the shop, but due to Covid19 and having to shield for now, I phoned and asked for my order to be posted. No problems, I paid by card over the phone and everything arrived within a few days (including a weekend). I can't recommend the shop highly enough. I have been visit this shop since I was a teenager (I am now 38) in its previous location and at its present location. I have found this to be a wonderful eclectic shop, full if interesting items. I have always found the owner and staff trustworthy, friendly and helpful. Last year I visited to buy Buddhist prayer beads for my uncle's memorial and the owner was super helpful in helping me find the perfect beads.

Really lovely little shop with a welcoming vibe and cheerful/helpful staff, unfortunately I found a lot of the products to be overpriced. I ended up buying what I went in there for online instead as I found it more affordable, but if you're looking for someone to help you choose what to buy or have any questions about the occult, tarot, different kinds of incense, ect, then you would be better off going to Innana's Festival for that. Like I said, informative and helpful staff with a friendly approach.

I can give nothing but praise for this shop both from in person when I lived in Norwich (and I've known the shop in several locations, that's how long standing a customer I am! :P ) and when I moved toTyneside and now Teeside via phone/email. NOTHING is too much trouble, I've even sent people to shop to get things for me (I have friends who still live in Norwich but were visiting me, was easier to have them go in and get than to have it posted!) with rather vague descriptions/instructions and the staff have got it right. Inanna's Festival has always been a magical place (no pun intended) for me, and I miss being able to visit the shop in person as it was many a happy hour I'd spend browsing in there! I have been a customer at Inanna's Festival for close to 30 years. Although I am an over-seas (USA) customer I don't mind the extra shipping charges because 1) I always get more than what I pay for: Naomi and her clerks are exceptionally knowledgeable and their advice on purchases has always been spot on. And 2) The amazing diversity of items she has in stock, far wider, and of higher quality than any other place I have ever been. In other words: shop here, you will never find better quality or better service than at Inanna's Festival.

Naomi and her staff are so friendly, knowledgable and kind, the first time I took my son there, he wanted to purchase a chinese coin, Naomi threaded it onto a piece of red cord and told him it was a welcome gift from her to him and refused to take any payment for it! He still keeps it in a special place in his room. I wish I lived closer, so I could pop in more often!

I've been coming to this shop for quite some time now - it's a lovely place to visit. Naomi is a warm, friendly, vibrant person, with a lot of helpful knowledge and insight to impart. I've also found her to be someone who is completely honest and trustworthy. The other staff are great too - Gareth is great and someone else who knows his stuff! As well as buying things from here - recently a gorgeous Pictorial Key tarot pack - and having excellent tarot readings from Naomi, I also use the shop to display advertising fliers for my work as an alternative therapist. There's a real sense of community for like-minded people centred around the shop and around the warm and generous Naomi!
