What an inspired choice to make a purchase from this company! Having been tasked with buying shoes for a friend overseas, getting the sizing accurate for her was no mean feat (pardon the pun!). Porselli Dancewear and I exchanged multiple emails - even on a Sunday! They truly went the extra mile with their customer services being second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Stuart was absolutely marvellous. Friendly punctual service - he went above and beyond for me to get a skirt to my daughter in another country... nothing was too much trouble for him. As a Mum who has never had any experience of dancing or stage at all, my daughter had been sent a uniform list with a recommendation of Porsellis for jazz shoes, so we popped on by. The shop was busy when I walked in and I felt incredibly overwhelmed as I had no idea what I had been sent to buy!! The lady in the store was lovely and served all of the customers quickly and efficiently (they obvious knew what they were buying!), and then allowed us to have her full attention. I apologised that I didn't know what I was buying or the sizing, and read her the email. She knew exactly what we needed, sorted us out with exactly what we needed and no job was too much hassle. She explained to us how the sizing worked for the shoes and let us try on two sizes to see which was preferred. She was really lovely to my daughter and made it a really special and positive experience for her. I also really appreciated the honesty when I said to her about the list saying about buying show blacks, and she said to not buy now and come back closer to the time so they will definitely fit - that kind of honesty is much appreciated and a dying thing with some businesses unfortunately. Thank you so much to Porsellis and the lady working (I didn't catch your name sorry!) for your helpful, can-do and positive attitude and all of your assistance. The store itself had a big selection of shoes, clothing, bags, costumes and all sorts of accessories and other bits, and also had a big, free carpark, and is easily accessible off the main road near the Norwich Asda. We shall definitely be back! 🙂

I've used this Dance Wear Company a few times now and they are great. Ordered Tap Shoes and more recently the Boys/Mens Jazz Pants (In the Photo and are SO comfy) and both arrived within 2 days and were packaged extremely well. Completely awesome. I arrived at 9.30 on a Saturday morning with 10 minutes to spare to source and buy a pair of ballet shoes. Lovely staff member welcomed me in, talked to my 6 year old and fitted her shoes, whilst another staff member took my payment. We were out in 3 minutes with a lovely pair of ballet shoes (that fit!) and a big smile on my daughter's face. Thanks!

Great experience today. Amanda was so helpful and careful to get my daughter's shoe fitting right. We needed pointe shoes, soft blocks and ballet shoes so it took some time but we weren't at all rushed and she was really thorough. We also found a couple of lovely leotards; again nothing was too much trouble and Amanda went and hunted through stock to find the right size. Really happy with what we came away with and customer service. We have been coming here for several years now and have always been pleased with our purchases. We try to avoid Saturdays if possible as it can be very busy but sometimes that's the only day we can go. If you're going to need a lot of help and attention I would advise making an appointment on a week day if you can, even in school holidays its always been better than a Saturday.

Hello I recently have visited this store and was looking for heel and toe tap shoes and unfortunately couldn’t find them. The staff acted extremely quickly and could not of asked for better helpers and said that they would recommend some heel taps and said they could be fitted in the city centre so am extremely happy to have gone there.
