I feel an overwhelming need to leave a review for this company as their service to me over the past few months has been exceptional. Their customer service is fantastic often times the phone is picked up by one of the owners who you can tell is passionate and emotionally invested in helping you. I cannot recommend The Raw Food Company highly enough. I had done a large amount of research and information searching, before getting my first Sprocker and decided that once he had settled in I would switch him to a raw food diet. Unexpected my experience to be the same as walking into a vast pet store and spending ages walking up and down the aisles with very little input from staff. How wrong was I? Booked in for a consultation and weight check, I was already respecting the business and their commitment to canine (and feline) wellness. The consultation was thorough and breed lead with so many options and graduations of the diet that the dog would become accustomed to. In addition, to the excellent consultation. The phone support has been brilliant. Weight updates and food enquiries handled with ease. The company and the staff are definitely have in mind health and well being for your hound. Started feeding raw a few years ago and used this company (still do) . Now I'm a passionate raw feeder with 2 beagles that are extremely healthy and no longer see diarrhoea or foul stools.
