C. H.What a lovely store! It has so much craft and sewing needs (and wants) that I was there for two and a half hours! Lovely staff too.

I have to use a stick as I have PD and no one offered to help which as there was more staff than shoppers was possible.It could be a gold mine but staff and owners need to think

G.I love this establishment. The staff are lovely and helpful. Fantastic choice of fabric but none really heavy eg Denim or Corduroy. Would always recommend this store. Just feel a bit awkward asking through ignorance as I am not a good sewer but only had sewing machine 5 weeks. Staff always helpful and answer questions so do not worry. Would love to attend their courses but I guess Coronavirus has scuppered this. A wonderful store. Thoroughly recommend.
S. C.Envy the locals, I travel 80+ miles to shop here. Knowledgeable staff, willing to share expertise. Fantastic range of Fabrics, crafting materials. They do a loyalty Card too....more thread and sundries. It's like being a child in a sweet shop, when you visit. I never can make up my mind what to buy and my list goes out of the window.

M. L.Lovely staff, always helpful. Great comprehensive craft range. You'll never go to Hobbycraft (swear word) again! Well worth the drive. Personally I think the fabric and yarn range is not only MASSIVE but covers a lot of textures, colours and price range. They also offer a membership card, online help and a "click & collect" service during lockdown. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

J. B.Didn't find what I was looking for, plenty of cross stitch kits, just nothing that grabbed me, but it is a huge place and has all sorts. Go down behind the garden centre and give it a look.
L. O.Great source for all types of fabrics and notions. Also an excellent art supply and all around crafting store. They have a selection of knitting & crochet yarns, needles & hooks. This is more of a hobby store for adults, it does not contain mountains of stuff to entertain small children.
H. R.Great selection of goodies. If you take your husband, perhaps let him peruse the garden centre or other shops or buy him coffee and sausage roll in nearby cafe. I propose taking a similarly crafty person. Enjoy
C. K.Sew Simple is behind Taverham Garden Centre. Plenty of parking spaces, ordinary & disabled. In one door only, one way system but plenty of room to move around freely. Always have a good selection of whatever you want/need-sometimes too much!!!

A. S.This shop seems to have a reasonable selection of all the bits and pieces that keeps a stitcher come knitter come arts and crafts type of person such as my woman happy.
R.A great place to buy from an extensive range of fabrics for patchwork and much more - haberdashery, sewing implements and accessories, cushion and quilt panels, cushion pads, patterns. Also stocked are cross-stitch fabrics, floss, kits, embroidery hoops and stands, wool, patterns for knitting, crochet etc, art materials, card-making items, jigsaws, gifts. Throughout the year there are various courses, art, quilt-making etc. There is also a reward scheme. Sew Simple is within Taverham Country Crafts where there is also a garden centre, a cookshop and other retail outlets selling clothes, furniture, jewellery, pictures and various frames, a shoe shop, gifts, conservatories, sheds etc. plus a coffee shop near to Sew Simple and a restaurant in the main building.
