D. G.Took one of my older colleagues in today as she wanted to start her journey of quitting cigarettes and moving onto vaping. After speaking to the staff today, she left feeling extremely confident with the choices she made and she is more excited than ever to start the transition process.
I can't speak any more highly of the server today as he was polite, attentive and put her at ease. He ensured that she knew that there was no stupid questions and she now looks forward to returning to purchase more juices in the future.
T. J.Always a really helpful crew in here. Whenever I've had problems these guys have sorted it. Maybe I've had to spend some cash but it's always worked. Juice recommendations are always on point with my preferences too. I'm sure they can help you out. Just pop in. Reasonable prices with good service. Cant be bad. If you're new they are also very helpful and are willing to guide you through the whole process. You never feel like you're lost with quitting smoking. They will get you the right kit for you .Will go again most likely in the future.

I was offered helpful, insightful and honest advice, so I hope you read this review rather than some other less helpful ones. (I will point out I spent an hour on a train to get there and have nothing to do with the shop, company or any of the staff)
If you want advice and love of a trade, this is the place to come. Nothing in East Anglia had come close to me not only kicking smoking, but enjoying vaping. Well done SmokShop.
D. S.Have been using SmokShop for sometime. Delivery always within a couple of days (usually place internet order in the evening) So well done guys for getting the order out pretty pronto. Also had occassion to contact support after I miss ordered vape liquid. After a slight confusion, with parcels going back and forth, problem solved. Thank you, keep up the good work.
