S. S.Visited The Bear Shop today on a day trip to Norwich. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was amazing. You were able to take as much time as you needed choosing a bear, allowed to pick the bears up, shown the ones out of reach and even shown bears from the latest delivery . Wonderful choice of bears to choose from.
I fell in love with Charlie Bear Ambassador so he will be joining my hug and travelling back to Cumbria with me after our holiday. I will definitely purchase from The Bear Shop again and many thanks for the wonderful service given.
G. F.I last visited the shop in 2018, pre-pandemic when I was an exchange student in Norwich. The owner was super friendly and warm helped me choose a bear as a gift for my mom. Missing this charming shop located in Elm Hill especially as I made such good memories there. Sincerely hope they are thriving and doing well!

I recently started collecting again and I had a lovely online shopping experience.. Photos of actual bears and super fast delivery.. Memories of such a magical store .. Childhood Comfort of talking and Cuddling a bear .. My Hug Still gives me comfort today .. I can recommend this store ✨✨✨✨✨
J. J.As an avid collector of steiff bears, this shop is a real hidden gem. They have a fantastic collection of a wide range of bears at a wide range of prices so theres something for everyone. Everytime I've been in the shop, all staff have been friendly, patient and a great help. Cant wait for after covid so I can get back and buy some bears 😊
A. W.I love this shop that is home in the Tudor part of Norwich. Down the original cobblestone road you will find the cutest of shops with amazing bears from some of the greatest bear manufacturers in the world.
The staff and owner here are so welcoming and encourage you to pick up the teddy's for cuddles.
Great independent shop and highly recommend you take a trip there.

A.I really love this shop and wish I could afford to visit here more often. One consideration is being careful when entering I usually have a big bag and I'm worried I'm gonna turn and knock a bear of a unit- very full inside
