This store was as expected. It has a varied selection of toys for all ages and interests. Downside is that it doesn’t cater for particular things like models or crafts but rather has a bit of everything. The Entertainer can be relied upon to have something for every child most of the time. 👍🏻

A toy store for all ages. Staff helpful, but only upon request and could be more simply laid out I feel. But over all good, never left without buying something!

Today me, my mum and son visited the entertainer. My son went there so he could spend this birthday money. The man on the checkout was so lovely! Made my sons first shopping experience the best for him! Thank you so much for making my sons day

My nephews loved it got into nerf fight with staff, I think staff lost the fight 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Lots of pocket money stuff between £1 to £5. Don't do puppets anymore, hence 4 stars.

Very well marked out social distancing around the store for all to follow which was good. Lots of good offers and promotions in store at very affordable prices which was nice to see as we were away on holiday which meant the children could get more for their pocket money. The staff were polite and helpful and chirpy with us all. Two very happy girls thankyou. Bonus that they met Peter rabbit too.

Good selection of present options in here, but the jewel in this shop's crown has to be the staff. So friendly, chatty and welcoming when I visited today. I can't praise them enough.

Good shop but not very big. I do find Smyths on the ring road not only more convenient but in some cases, better priced. However, they do have some little gems here and the staff are just lovely and bubbly whenever i have been in. You have the castle quarter parking as well with their offers, and alongside being in the city centre its a good location. But not for a quick trip unless you are using public transport as it is right by castle meadow.

Big toy store inside Castle Mall Norwich. This toy store sells toys for children from babies, up till around ten or so. They don't sell PlayStation or Xbox Etc or computers. It is all general toys e.g. paw patrol ... Lego. They do have a huge range of indoor toys, games, craft stuff and some outdoor play things like scooters, water guns and balls Etc, but don't, as far as I'm aware sell large outdoor items, like climbing frames or trampolines ... BUT I COULD BE WRONG. This place is incredible for Christmas presents. Their prices are great. I bought several things cheaper here than Argos and other toy outlets.

Popped in to pick up a toy wasn't on the shelf but member of staff knew it was in stock but it had been removed as a summer toy kindly retrieved it for us and luckily it was the last one very helpful and reasonably priced
