I wanted to thank the team at the Tannery for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond expectations. I left purchasing a pair of shoes to a wedding until the last minute and the team were able to locate, reserve and ship the perfect pair of shoes for me and have them delivered by 9am the next day before I had to travel. They kept me updated every step of the way and I was very impressed at all their efforts. The shoes are great, fantastic price and would definitely shop here again. Thank you!

The various leather goods that I've bought at this shop are excellent and wearing in amazingly well. I don't mind paying for quality and the staff are happy to advise. Aftercare is also offered. It's so nice to go to a shop where you feel like a valued customer, rather than someone that needs to be processed as quickly as possible, ie like a big cheap chain. Pay more here, it looks better and lasts for ever.

An excellent shop with a fantastic manager. I even managed to by something at 9pm after the manager opening to work as I was walking by. A shop you just want to keep visiting and supporting, usually in normal hours :) . Great range from glasses cases to shoes to bags.

It is always a pleasure to go to The Tannery. I always find the staff attentive but not intrusive. I hate being followed around in a shop. It makes me feel as though they think I am a shoplifter!! In The Tannery, the service is friendly, professional and the whole shopping experience is a joy. Marcia in particular always demonstrates excellent customer service. The Tannery is my first stop if I am buying a gift for a difficult person who seems to have everything. There is no hard sell and every time I go back it is a joy being given the space to explore and find those things that I just can't do without.

I have been shopping at The Tannery for well over 10 years, ever since the owner opened up her shop in Holt for me one evening, just because I was looking in the window. Since that day, The Tannery has been my first stop for quality leather goods and handbags. I was delighted when The Tannery opened a store in Norwich and I haven't been disappointed yet.
