J. G.The staff are awesome. Nothing is too much trouble. I asked for a mattress topper and the staff communicated with each other and checked the back room. They didn't have the size I needed so we opened a different size to see if I could fold it. Clear explanation of why the web sites show stock availability even though the order has not yet arrived. Great staff.

So I decided to go shopping in B&M for ornaments and decorations for my bedroom. And I was spoilt for choice!
First of all, this is a massive store, so there is so much to buy!
Second of all, the prices are really good- I got a really good-quality cushion for about £5, and lot's of hanging wall decorations for approx. £2 each!
Third of all, the staff were friendly, they follower COVID-19 procedures, and it was a pleasant experience!
I 100% recommend this B&M!!
M. M.Colwick well it's bit small side I did manage to pick up nice frame though and I learnt all about added sugar tax at till upon purchasing pop 😂😁 it did make me giggle never have anything here very limited for household/ garden

Much better experience here than at the range yesterday . Only dissapointed had to go there as no haberdashery /sewing bits in b&m. Brought something for basically every room yesterday.
(Faulty vanity strip lights though...they turn themselves off after a few minutes )

D. S.I love shopping in BM bargains. As the name says it's full of bargains. From food items to toys and household items. And pets. I get all my dogs treats from here. Plus their dog coats as they are really cheap but well made. The staff are friendly and there us always a bargain to pick up.

D. T.This store is excellent, all the staff are amazing and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, excellent prices great products and very friendly staff. The till staff are very welcoming, management are great too, the manager I dealt with was a lady (whom I thought was of Eastern European original and one of the till staff said she was a new manager) her customer services skills are a credit to B&M's, she was a great help to me and was very knowledgable of the shop's stock and it's products, she went out of her to check stock in the back and was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help me, she is a credit to B&M's and an out standing manager. Plus all the staff at this store will go out their way to help you and are extremely friendly and polite. Excellent service and I highly recommend this store, I can say the same for the Netherfield branch too. Excellent range of products and amazing prices.

M. G.I love B&M Bargains in general, they tend to stock things that you wouldn't necessarily get at a supermarket. The only downside is it is not the biggest B&M in Nottingham and parking is a nightmare.
