Had helpful friendly service from Winston helping us select new carpets, organise a visit for a quote and taking our order over a couple of visits to store. We went on weekday evenings when it's much quieter, and they're open till 8, which is really helpful.

Carpets are very expensive. It quoted 50% off. True or not how do we know? They only had two sales staff on for a Saturday. Waited an hour to be served. Now Just waiting to get laid.

Great service from the start. Explained what we were looking for and the sales guy knew his stuff! The fitting was great and went as expected. We had laminate, carpet and vinyl, so we had two fitters over the course of three days. The fitter for the laminate was great. Got on with what he needed to do and did a great job. The fitters for the carpet and vinyl were great, also. Did a good job, and fitted both well. We had a few issues with the vinyl since it's a new-build house. Gary came back to fix after a few weeks, and again after one year! Great service from Gary and great advice! Definitely recommended.

We saw the sales advisor Darren and received the measurements from Steven. The service was fantastic, you could tell everyone knew exactly what they were doing and they were kind about it too! The prices are more than reasonable and everything is so quick and simple. Would definitely recommend. You’d be silly to go anywhere else to be honest.
