Curtains arrived promptly unfortunately the company didn't message me to say they were on the way. The date given for the estimated delivery was the following week! Consequently I wasn't at home and the driver left them on the doorstep in the rain. Luckily no damage done. So we put them up today and yes they are lovely and well made BUT not blackout linings. I was disappointed as they are light filtering and I need blackout. I looked back at my order and indeed it was my fault as I had not ordered blackout as I thought I did. So my own stupid error but I am so disappointed.

I purchased a pair of Paleo Linen Vintage curtains in cream. I love the fabric which drapes really well. It came really well packaged and although the enclosed leaflet advised ironing before hanging, I just hung them over two doors for a day. Even that wasn't really necessary as I could have hung them straight away. They were delivered in good time within 21 days and I would definately purchase from Curtains 2 Go again! Very pleased with purchase.

I was somewhat sceptical about ordering made to measure curtains online, especially given the seeming low price but I'm really happy with them. I couldn't really afford new curtains (custom ones are usually so expensive) but needed a replacement curtain at my front door for winter, so chose this online service and, if i am honest, I really wasn't expecting too much for the price.... It was very easy to order these custom made curtains on their website - just a few clicks. They keep you informed with the progress of the work via email. They kept to the completion timescale and the curtains were delivered in the earlier part of the estimated time frame. The curtains arrived, nicely packed and well protected. Very well made - nice finishes on all the hems/seams. Fabric colour/pattern was true to the picture on the website. Thermal lining beautifully sewn into them. We have purchased made to measure curtains and blinds. The sample feature was great in narrowing down choices and colors. Once chosen the online ordering was easy and helpful. Once ordered they took around 3 weeks to be made. Delivery was secure and packaging was good. The results were great. Fabrics of high quality and well made. I was initially going to buy off the high street "ready made"....but for a little bit more in price you can have bespoke pair made to fit. We have tall celings so standard drop curtains were not any good...these fit the bill as you state your own required drop. Also provide white dust gloves to hang curtains so as not to mark fabric...all in all very satisfied.

Brilliant! Curtains 2go have a massive range of fabrics and post out FREE samples. Having struggled to find anything even remotely suitable I ended up with a choice of five. I've used Curtains/Blinds2Go for two sets of bay window curtains, two roller blinds and the foldup blinds for two patio doors. I've generally been pleased with them. Balked at the prices charged, but that does seem to be the going rate for bespoke curtains! Certainly couldn't find a cheaper option. One of my orders took ages, but the rest have been fairly prompt. Customer service is pretty good, not the absolute best in retail (which I'd give to Screwfix) but a lot better than others. The one thing that I thought they could've done better is when I unfortunately mismeasured my window size for a roller blind by 5-10mm, they said it was impossible to take back and reduce in size, because it's a "sealed unit". Fair enough that they won't take and re-cut products, I can't imagine that that's economical for them, and they did give me 50% off if I wanted to re-order. But the fact that it's a "sealed unit" is nonsense. I just pulled the plastic end off, cut the metal with a hacksaw and the blind with a knife, was easy. So an honest reason why they wouldn't do it, and perhaps some practical DIY advice would've been preferred to what they did say!

Being a single guy I was dreading hanging these curtains. But it was so easy. Paying extra for the ready made Pencil Pleats was money well spent. Also the floor to my bay window is not level. But the adjustable slider hooks soon solved this problem. Allowing me to adjust the drop on one side to give me a perfect finish above the carpet. Simple but brilliant. I will definitely use Curtains 2go again.

We ordered 3 sets of made to measure velvet curtains. The material is good quality and they are a quality product The sizes are the issue. We followed the instructions to measure from the top of the pole to the floor and allow curtains2go to adjust but they’re all just that little bit too long but it’s a minor frustration. The bigger issue is with the smallest window we didn’t want a lot of gather so we measured the distance of the pole between the two support struts. Sadly the curtains that arrived are too small and don’t cover the openings. When I phoned customer Services they said they only make 1.5x width eyelet and not 2x which we expected. I’m still confused why there are so narrow when the other 2 windows have plenty of gather. Now we just leave them open because they look silly if we close.
