Called in on the off chance after being let down by DFS with them not having a model of the suite we wanted and we would like to say how helpful and understanding Alan was at the Castle Boulevard branch , we chose a suite and Alan came to our house with some samples so we could see them in our lighting and decor. We then went back down to the store where we discussed and designed our perfect suite. Obviously with corona the delivery was a lot longer but we were invited to go to the workshop to view it. On arrival we were stunned by the quality of the workmanship and how it was set up in the showroom, on delivery the suite came well packed and Nick set it up on our room to make sure we were 100% happy. Perfect customer service and would recommend this company to everybody.

Brilliant staff and lovely sturdy furniture, lots of styles and we finally found something that combined style, comfort and was the right size! Yes! The reason for the 4 not 5 star is how expensive it is, thankfully it's winter sale time.

I went with my Dad to find a replacement sofa for one he brought from Frank Knighton many many years ago. Dad has been more than happy with his old sofa but it was now past it's best so it was inevitable that he would go back to Frank Knighton and we were not disappointed the staff are more than helpful and very patient. Needless to say we have found what we were looking for with no fuss or hasstle or pushy sales people.
