How can you get good old fashioned friendly service yet buy the very latest cutting edge tackle and bait? Go to this Tackle shop and you will find out. Smaller businesses like this used to be the backbone of angers supplies, to some of us they still are. They say you can't buy knowledge or experience well at this tackle shop you don't have to it comes FREE of charge! Advice on kit,bait and where to fish and what baits and methods are catching are readily available from the owner. I rarely go anyplace else for my coarse fishing supplies including quality maggots ( it's what we used before pellets for you youngsters who have never fished with them)🤣

Cant rate this place enough The shop has been there years and Johns knowledge of local fishing is amazing and hes happy to help whether its £5 or £100 your spending A small shop stocked with resonable priced items required for every day fishing not ten ton of overpriced rubbish that never sees the light of day like other big shops that you can never find the item you need Ask Johns advice, buy the products he recommends, give them a go, ask about local fishing venues, when you buy from soneone on internet this valuable advice isnt there So get yourself down to the shop, ask john whats a popular bait for local venues, best method, you could be the one "bagging up" next time

Forget the Internet and ebay, get your backsides into the matchman tackle shop, you can't buy local knowledge!, want to improve your fishing, have a chat with John, buy what he recommends not what someone on the Internet said about fishing a lake in France were money is no object! !, good quality products for sale at very reasonable prices, I've personally 'bagged up" after trying some of John's tips and products, quality maggots for sale as well, not the limp starved looking ones like some others sell Get your selves down there and have a look, and small shop selling what you need not tons of if items that become old stock!!!
