Staff were friendly and very helpful when I visited. Came for fish products but there weren't that many at all when compared to those of dogs and cats. But, the shop itself was clean and well organised. Overall, it's a good store with easy parking and great service.

Great staff, lovely environment and lots of choice and nice long lasting chews. No treats or food full of rubbish which is great. Only giving 4 stars because they don't stock JR and their prices are a little high.

We LOVE this pet shop. It is quite a drive away from where we live but we always make a special trip for what we need. The staff are lovely and can't do enough to help but not too push either which I like!
