I came into the shop today with my girlfriend, the staff were so nice and welcoming to us. They spoke to us about airsoft and were very patient with us. My girlfriend got to have a go with the WE galaxy and I got to try some bits on until I found something I liked. Will definitely be back! Absolutely recommend! 10/10

Visited this store with my partner and couldn't of left any happier!!! Both the gentlemen and the lady who work there were fantastic, they were both very friendly and extremely helpful. The store is bigger than it looks and has a enormous stock ranging from guns to clothing. I highly recommend paying this store a visit and I will definitely be returning. Thank you kbc.

Walked in today with my first gun from different shop with no knowledge at all ! First thing- staff was super welcoming and friendly . Helped me to gear up , explained every thing did not push to buy at all , Felt like I'm at home not in shop . Walked away with all i need for my fist game and with some new knowledge and new shop for airsoft needs ! Recommend at all cost , nice stock in shop, had all i wanted for good price . I regret i bought gun in different shop BUT for my next gun and secondary will definitely go back to KBC Airsoft . Thank you guys for help and i will see you soon

We are soooooo lucky to have this shop in Nottingham and even luckier with the owners. Very informative, friendly and passionate about Airsoft. My son and I went in as none airsofters on the off chance and after listening to them are now both airsofters and will be regular visitors and shoppers. Dont bother thinking where to go, just visit here, excellent range and very competitive prices. :)

Visited the shop with my son last week for the first time being new to Airsoft. The staff were great and really helpful,we got to try on various gear and were talked through everything from safety to setups in depth . Popped in as I was driving past & was instantly and warmly welcomed by the owners - only went in for a couple of small upgrade parts but ended up having a fantastic chat about new and old local sites. Had everything I needed at fantastic prices to boot. Worth having a ride out of your way for. Shop was stocked to the rafters with gear & guns for all budgets!

This place is grate full to the brim with a vast variety of weapons and all the accessories to go with them this partnered with the vast knowledge of the staff who run the place you just won't go wrong from new players to seasoned vets if you come from Nottingham or further afield it's worth a visit I don't think you will be disappointed.

I never actually purchased anything from this shop. But the help I received when visiting to buy some parade shoes. Was above and beyond. The couple who own the shop could have just told me that they no longer sell this type of item and scooted me out of the door. But they took the time to search on their internet for another company who could provide me with some shoes. That’s class customer service.

By chance I found this shop whilst looking for kit for Airsoft, Never have I found a more friendly knowledgable staff that made coming in on a whim one of my best shopping experiences i have had. When we entered the shop the young lady that runs it was polite friendly and very very approachable and dealt with all my questions, queries with a sound knowledgable base. The shop was well stocked with everything I needed to the point that I now use it as my must go to shop for all my airsoft and surplus needs. The professional service I receive every time I’m in there is always tip top. I have been and have seen the young lady dealing with young cadets and there parents and they always get what they need and leave with smiles on their faces, both parents and the kids. I highly Recommend this shop for all AIRSOFT EQUIPMENT , CADETS, AND SURPLUS, they will always make you welcome and if it’s not there they will do there best to try and get it for you.

Great Store, Fair Prices and Plenty of choice, I don't get nearly enough time to shop for surplus kit/new kit and if I do I will head straight here. In the past its been difficult to get decent British army kit locally. Kit Bag Clobber is a must for Airsofter's and Outdoors enthusiasts. :)
