K. J.We are beyond thrilled with our new inside front door. We asked the company to design a 9-panel door + top window to fit our Edwardian House. They sent us several design ideas, taking into account some likes and dislikes we"d expressed. We settled on a design and spent a very enjoyable morning with Hywel in the glass workshop choosing the colours and textures for every detail. We were surprised at the level of input we were allowed, under Hywel's expert guidance. Lawrence then did a wonderful job with the fitting and the result is remarkable; our house is flooded with beautiful colourful light that changes throughout the day. I would highly recommend Lady Bay to anyone wanting to beautify their hall and landing area; the Team's design sense and craftsmanship are superb and well worth the money.

We asked Lady Bay if they could recreate the stained glass window that our house was built with - all the matching houses on our street still had theirs but ours had been lost. They went above and beyond to do this and within a few weeks had our new window ready. It is beautiful, crafted to perfection and has transformed our house. It didn't even cost too much - much less than I thought it might. Every aspect of their service was perfect - communications, fitting, value. The highlight was a trip to the workshop to pick the glass, largely from lovely old reclaimed glass stock. Cannot recommend them highly enough for anything stained glass, I cannot imagine anyone else is this good
