When visiting Nottingham we walked past this shop and saw this lamp in the window. It was exactly what I had been looking for for months!! Matches our colour scheme perfectly. Beautiful lamp. It was on back order so the shop assistant advised to order online which I did. Waited about a month but it was worth the wait. Love it! Good customer service and a lovely lamp. Thank you 😊

This is a gorgeous lighting shop with some stunning and well priced stock. The customer service was second to none. The owner could not have been more helpful and went to great lengths to find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back!

Really helpful. They had to order my lampshade in, which they did within a few days, then they phoned me to confirm delivery. The delivery went slightly adrift, but NLC were really helpful in getting it sorted out. And last but not least, I'm really pleased with the shade, which was a very reasonable cost (appreciably less than one or two other stores I checked). Happy days!

Highly recommend! Lovely friendly atmosphere. So much choice to choose from it gave me a headache. Nothing was to much trouble even delivered everything to my door for me. I did have to return one of my lights as I’d ordered the wrong colour and it was swapped no questions asked. Very happy.

We visited today and bought some lights from this shop. As soon as we entered we knew that the quality was a cut above any of the other lighting shops we had visited and they had a really good range from modern to more traditional. However, I was more impressed by the service as the chap dealing with us was incredibly attentive and made us feel really important and valued which is a rare but critical experience in todays challenging retail world. Really enjoyed the visit and looking forward to our new lights!

How refreshing, the young lady Stacy couldn't have been more helpful. She wasn't at all pushy and certainly seemed to be fully informed about her products. Customer service was certainly at the for front of this shop. As a result I did spend more than I had intended, however after comparing the costs of my purchases on the internet, I was not disappointed. Richard was also very helpful.

Excellent store, excellent staff and excellent service. I had been looking for two new light fitting for my living room for quite some time and had visited a number of department stores, diy stores and independent stores in the Chesterfield and Sheffield area - all to no avail. My wife and I visited Nottingham Lighting Centre and what a pleasant surprise. The quality of their products is better than I'd seen elsewhere and the staff know what they are talking about. We spoke to Richard who gave us excellent advice as to what would work with the ceiling height I'd given him and why some fittings would work better than others. We ordered two light fittings which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, we had a minor manufacturing issue. We visited the store and explained the issue to Richard who worked with the manufacturer to resolve it quickly. It may well be an age old saying that the difference between a good company and a bad one is not if things go wrong but how they behave when things go wrong - but it's true. Full marks and a big thank you to Nottingham Lighting Centre. Bottom line is if you're looking for light fittings, want good advice, want nice staff, want good products and want good after sales service, do yourself a favour and visit this store.

Over the past eight months, this place has helped to breathe new life (and light!) into my flat. We've renovated nearly every room, and the lights for each have come from the Nottingham Lighting Centre. Chandeliers, wall sconce lights, table lamps, track lighting, bulbs for it all, everything is covered. The selection is enormous (the catalogues!), and the prices can accommodate any budget. The staff are especially knowledgable and very friendly (big shout outs to Stacey and Stephen), even when I couldn't make a decision to save my own life. I'll never go to another place for lights again. This place is a no-brainer.

We were welcomed by a member of staff named Stacey who was very helpful & guiding us through numerous ideas. After 2hrs of sifting through catalogues & viewing showroom, we made a decision which we were happy with. Looking forward to receiving our new lights on Thursday via courier, all Free of Charge & Stacey even did a little upselling -now we know which lights we are buying for our dining room! Well done Stacey - excellent Customer Service-we'll definitely be back.
