P.Adopted some fish and really needed food and advice for them this store not far from us so on saturday 18th thought best to see what they do and glad we went. 1st cashier told me all she knew and from few photos she gave me so much advice and saved me accidentally killing them and even though they not doing much for fish anymore they had what I needed and showed me where I can find other accessories. They also had a good discount area in store and looks like a great pet salon the dogs seemed to enjoy it. My little one loved watching but not keen on dogs 🐶🐈🐩🐠🐡🐟🐟🐟🐁🐇🐱🐕 clean space clean store good parking and helpful staff. Thank you for great service guys

A. P.Independent shop for cats and dogs with pet lovers serving you with personal approach and attention, feel almost familiar. Good choice and value, most of the prices are lower or similar to Amazon, cheaper to Shop for Pets. There is a grooming parlor inside and a special program for the first year of your puppy.
Good place to buy "raw food" from the freezer for both cats and dogs, again at a very reasonable price.
Off street parking finishes this positive experience, I will recommend this shop, especially due to the friendly staff and reasonable prices 👍🏻

S. M.One of the few places that sell dry cat food that doesn't contain chicken (Taste of the Wild, the fish variety) - and has it at better value than online retailers. In fact, it was one of the staff here who mentioned that cats can be allergic to chicken, which I hadn't realised before (I thought chicken was meant to be hypoallergenic), and when I tried our cat on a chicken-free dry food, his overgrooming stopped and hasn't returned! Eternally grateful for that tip.

W. W.Well stocked pet superstore, self service dog wash which is really good although when changed to pets and friends went up in cost by 50%. £7.50 is still worth it mind when you have a mud loving Labrador! Great range of items and friendly staff.

Would have given a 5 star but lady on the till in the main shop needs some customer service training. It may be obvious to her what the new system is aka having to take the dogs round the back instead of through the store etc but no need to speak to your customers as if we are stupid or fling the card machiene at us in contempt!
M. H.Super friendly, I bring my dog into the store, and they stock a wide range of Rosie’s frozen raw meat food brand, Nutriment. Used to buy it directly from the supplier, but no longer worth it as it’s more convenient and good to support a local store. Nutriment has been the best thing in dog food since we had dogs.
A. Y.Have shopped here for years. Very good range of products and the staff are always friendly and really helpful. Took my two Chihuahua's in to be bathed and groomed today. The groomers were extremely helpful and friendly and both of my dogs have come back smelling and looking more beautiful than they normally do. I would highly recommend this store to anyone with any type of pet. They are excellent.

m. m.Most of the staff are very friendly but today the lady who served me seemed pretty grumpy and uncommunicative (not usually served by her....) Still, I bought what I needed and they usually have what we need when we visit. Hope to be served by one of the usual crew next time....

Dog's are welcome in store. Lots of frozen raw dog food available. They often seem to have clearance so sometimes you can find a bargain. We have stocked up on reduced cat collars, because our 2 cats are always losing theirs

we have visited your store on many occasions for dog, cat, rabbit, fish and hamster stuff. your staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. we have a golden retriever and a chocolate lab. the golden retriever is struggling with food because of old age. to the point my husband broke down in the shop. on many occasions one of your staff has advised us on what to feed him and is always there on hand. she even said that if we was struggling just pop into store and ask one the other staff for her phone number as she will be on holiday for the next 2 and a half weeks. but she said she will be more than happy to speak with us even when she on holiday. i think this goes above and beyond!! her name is tracey and think if you have such a thing as employee of the month she definitely deserves it.. well done tracey...... thank you so much...

Good selection of cat and dog food, treats, toys and beds. Prices are reasonable and good offers are on.
They also do dog grooming (I guess cat too) they also microchip here as well.
The staff are friendly and it's floor plan is well laid out. You can park outside. It's free and it is wheelchair accessible.
I found everything I needed from beds and food bowls and everything inbetween and it's local.

C. R.This store has a wide range of pet products, I mainly shop there for dog food and treats. My dogs are on a 50/50 raw and kibble diet, this means they have some of the raw frozen products which are great value for money, As i tend to bulk buy, a mix of bones and meat chunks every few weeks. They have a huge range of dog kibble catering for every dog diet or special requirements like Grain free, or Wheat free, or even Egg free. One of my dogs is allergic to everything in normal dog treats and biscuits /Kibble This means she has to have special food and treats, this shop caters for all her needs. We have found tasty dog treats, kibble and bones that she can eat without making her ill. It's amazing!
I do not shop anywhere else for my furry kids.
The staff at this store are very informative they have a good understanding about different diets for dogs and other products for all animals. I find their input very valuable to an owner.
I regularly take my dog into this shop as it helps with socialization and she can pick her own new toy, she also likes to get alot of fusy from the staff too.
