Sarah and the other staff so friendly and knowledgeable of all the products! great to get refill ecover washing up liquid put in to my glass jar so I can stop using plastic bottles! The reusable sanitary pads are brilliant for saving plastic too - and alo saving money! Win! Win! I shall be visiting again soon!
J. P.Love this place I even cycled in the rain to collect my order! The click and collect service is brilliant and you get loose items in little paper bags with paper tape which is awesome if you dont have jars with you. This little shop is proving that no plastic packaging can and has been achieved. So all the big companies who have 2040 as their deadline to go to plastic free, shame on them!!
D. B.My first shop at Shop Zero was at their pop up at Rough Trade a few years ago. They had really cute soaps in canvas bags with typewriter lettering, YUM! When my sister came to visit, I took her to the new place on St James, and she practically bought the whole shop! The service is always friendly too.

A. C.As a student desiring an organic and sustainable living, Shop Zero is completely budget-friendly, I often buy there my oats, lentils etc per kg and they are tastier than the ones in leading supermarkets. You can also bring your own container which is really nice.
I hope that this shop survives to the pandemic crisis so I can shop there the next academic year, even more!
