Had our stairs carpet re done by this store and they was very helpful in store and reasonable prices the staff in the door was all very nice and welcoming, the carpets we got was good quality and the carpet fitter was very professional on time and did a great job We will be having our full home done now by this store as we was very happy with everything. Just recently Carpet Stop have fitted a bedroom carpet, hall stairs and landings, a wonderful laminate floor in my 16 feet by 8 foot shed and made me a rug for my feet from a carpet offcut. The quality of all of these products have been the highest, the fitting spot on and very professional workers especially Midge. My custom rug, all bound on the edges is just the icing on the cake. Next is a new dining room carpet as this one has been in over 20 years and needs replacing. There is only one place to shop and that is Carpet Stop, good advice and always a good price, we wont go anywhere else.

Came to measure up at lunchtime and then we went into the shop in the afternoon, we picked our carpet and it was all booked to be fitted in 2 weeks! Lots of help and advice choosing the right carpet, no pressure selling or pushing us to get the most expensive, in fact we got a fantastic deal, much better than expected. I recently had the house decorated and was looking for a new carpet. And to be honest I stumbled upon the carpet shop. So me and the wife popped in . They had a lot of great carpets in there . Midge the sales assistant came over to us and I showed him what I liked . He asked where it was for .I said the stairs . This is where I was impressed. He coukd have taken my money there and then for the carpets but he didn't. He said there the wrong carpet for you . And showed me a few others which were a fair bit cheaper than what I was looking at. Wxplaning that this is what you need on a stairs as its harder wearing and with a good underlay will look great for years to come. The one I was looking at although a great carpet is designed for a living room area and would be flattened very quickly on the stairs and looking terrible. Its not often you go in a shop and they actually save you money rather than go for the big sell. Really impressed with Midge who knew his stuff . And really appreciated the advice. J will definitely be going back again when I'm after my other carpets . And will definitely recommend. Great service. With no hard sell. Not something you find often these days . Thanks Midge .

Once we paid deposit they booked us in for measurements (part of the service) and fitting. On day of fitting we got a call to say what time they will be there and the fitter was very polite. Really nice well laid out showroom in Bulwell which we felt needed supporting. A very goo range of stock and quite enthusiastic sales staff. However they did let themselves down through lack of communication i.e. given a delivery date to store and didn’t arrive and also poor communication between employees. We will give them another go with a stair carpet from their excellent range.

We recently purchased 2 kitchen mats and a carpet for our landing'stairs and hall from CARPETSTOP after visiting their very well presented shop in Bulwell Nottingham the staff were very helpful,profession and knowledgeable regarding their products without any pressure sales to purchase A visit was arranged to quote for the stairs to be fitted with new carpet this again was carried out very well and in great detail followed with a competitive quote for the work to be carried out in 3 weeks time The delivery and fitting time was met spot on has stated The fitter arrived and carried out the job which was exceptional attention to detail is perfect Mark worked very hard his workmanship is fabulous My wife are so pleased with carpetstop and would strongly recommend them to anyone requiring a good first class carpet service

Firstly I will say no problem with the laying of the carpet and the fitters that completed the work. But I tried contacting the office about my appointment, due to my children finishing school at 3 I didn't want the work to start too late, this would mean either social distancing wouldn't be adhered to or the inconvenience of being stuck in 1 room while the work is completed. They refused to look at another appointment or even try to accommodate this. For this I will give 3 stars due to having no problem with the carpet fitters.

WELL STOCKED SHOWROOM great choice and advice given goood price prob due to sale had 2 bedrooms carpeted stairs and landing and vinyled one bedroom big job but nothing too much for these guys on completion noticed 1 step overlapping and forgot a door bar but dealt with straight away 5 stars now due to completion would have no hesitaion to give 5 stars if this was delivered on the fitting day defenitely recomend tho thanx tom and sarah and fitter gary who did amaxing cutting around doorways but missed one step altho it was a black carpet and even i missed it 5 STARS XXXXX AND 1 MORE FROM THE DOG X
