R. s.Me and my Mum did get to The Entertainer toy shop did browsing through it fantastic and brilliant and Excellent and Amazing to go to anyone should go here and I give this the Entertainer toy shop 10 out of 10 star's and 9 out of 10 star's and 5 out of 5 Star's this is the reason why I think everyone should go for their favourite item that they Like to buy and one of my parents will think of taking me to this toy shop for my favourite things of Disney Frozen 2 because it's my favourite to buying my favourites characters is Elsa and Anna and Olaf and Kristoff and Sven that's my birthday favourites of Disney Frozen 2 and no questions
C. B.Had to gather 50 draw string bags for a social action project I was doing (making up bags for refugees) and we had asked in many many shops but none had allowed us to take more than one - even if we bought them!
However, we decided to nip in to the entertainer just to check - and there we met Jane, one of the staff!!
She was so so friendly and instead of turning us down, she decided to look around and check for us. A few minutes later she returned with 22 bags (the most she could find) and donated them to us for free for our cause!
We're so so grateful to Jane and the store, thank you so much! Super happy :)

E. W.Edit : 1st. We didnt have a great experience at the check out. Being informed that the staff couldn't stand screaming kids so got a bit funny when our youngest became upset. A lovely member called Paul gave her a balloon to cheer her up however the till experience was soured :(

T. '.Good for certain branded toys on deals such as "Disney Infinity" and Descendants" but in a way, behind with the times. No Monster High or Ever After High. Old Lego stock rules the back wall near the tills, but nothing new like the series 17 minifigures. Shop is quite small and not the ideal place to take pushchairs/prams in as other customers have trouble getting arounf them.
P. S.Kids will love this place. Lots of toys. The workers are very friendly and helpful. We have a demo for most of the products.
