My husband shops here and every time I've been in to collect items for him I am always met with comfort! Owner is a lovely guy as is the other guy there. My other half won't shop anywhere else for the vape equipment as in his own words he prefers professionalism and people who care about you as a consumer. 5stars isn't enough for the shop honestly easily a 10/10.

I would never shop anywhere else for vape juice or vaping accessories, Matt the owner has a vast knowledge of everything to do with vaping and is also an absolute delight to talk too. Just a quick message via Facebook messenger and your stuff is ready for you whatever time you want it!! He really is a credit to Eastwoods shop owing community and long may his business flourish.

Found via Google, under new management the guy was extremely friendly and polite can't really ask for more, prices are very fair overall a good experience would return again just because of the service I received, 5star Edited, So have been shopping here alot as my go to for juice and devices and I'll tell you what matt is a true gentleman easy to deal with and is a great people person, I simply send a message and my items are always ready when I walk in, not only this the shop and owner remember there customers names that shows great care and attention ive only told him my name once or twice, so I highly rate it, it gives a nice touch to shopping with them in store its not about the money or selling you the stock its about a tailored package to each individual vaper and I can say with full truth that's exactly what's delivered everytime I go in, he gives his time to run through what you like and to date I've never had a bad juice from here, as so I much prefer quality over quantity, finally I forgot about my loyalty points but was pointed out to me that I had a nice amount on there and from that I walked out with a extra bottle of juice just for simply doing my usual purchases perhaps twice a month. So overall I would still highly recommend matt at vape hq, one of the best stores I've been to with a positive professional attitude. Thanks again Ryan

The prices are higher than VapeX which is 2 minutes up the road. Has a worse selection than VapeX and the taste station is full of burned up coils. But on the plus side, they’re open on a Sunday and the parking is easy thanks to Tesco next door. If you know what you want, and don’t mind paying the extra. It’s worth going. But unless they start offering discounts when you buy multiple bottles. I’d rather just go somewhere cheaper.
