A bright cheerful atmosphere as you enter this shop. Very inviting with lots of goodies to feast your eyes on. Gifts calendars diary’s and of course lots of different books. The young women serving was super helpful and friendly I asked her name as she added to the positive energy surrounding the shop. Thanks Chloe for making everyone feel welcome 🤩

Staff are fantastic, and are a credit to Waterstones. The store is lovely, especially the kids section which has a lovely range of books. The selection for adults is decent, but it is quite small overall, so it does happen fairly regularly that you cant find a book you want. That said, its a great spot, and I hope it remains for a long time to come.

This was a nice little Waterstones. The staff were really helpful and even ordered in the book that I wanted. The bad thing is that they had to order it in the first place and didn't have it in stock. That isn't a criticism of the store or the staff just the reality of the retail experience at the moment. If it wasn't due to using a gift card and not needing the book for myself I would have just gone home and bought it on Amazon.

Took my 7 year old daughter to spend some birthday money she had from her nana. Was greeted by a lovely lady assistant who couldn't help but to recommend loads of books and impart her knowledge of which would be good to read. She must read a lot of books which is very helpful. She also gave my daughter a free bookmark which she cherishes whilst reading the books we bought. Thank you, would definitely recommend.

I love Waterstones in West Bridgford.The two young ladies who work there that I see every time I go there r so friendly and u always get a really warm welcome.They can't do enough for u and nothing is too much trouble for them.Their knowledge of books is brilliant and the stock they have in the shop is amazing.All in all West Bridgford Waterstones is a wonderful place to visit.Children must love it especially if they have a book token to spend.Thank u to the lovely young ladies who always make customers feel so welcome.I pray they stay safe and well and ask God to bless them richly.A very,very happy customer who can't wait to visit again.
