Very impressed with quality and the price. Instructions for ceiling fitting were poor and oddly you had to log into web site to get the instructions rather than a print out included with the blinds. Very satisfied with curtains though.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy my shutters were to fit. They were very well engineered and of really good quality. I did fear that they would be a poor fit and look amaturist but I need not have worried. I would highly recommend these products and are simple to fit for a very average DIYer.

First off we ordered some free samples and these were delivered very quickly. We picked what we wanted, ordered online and approximately 3 to 4 weeks later the blinds arrived. Under the circumstances I thought this was a reasonable delivery time. The blinds came with instructions and fixings and took no time to fit. And they look great, we’re very happy with them. Excellent quality blinds with plenty of choice. The order was slower than usual due to Covid and fewer staff, I believe. Having said that, it was still only 3 weeks from order date. We went for the perfect fit blackout blinds. Well made and easy to install, installation instructions are on the web, saves paper, and easy to follow. They are really good, the only issue that I have is that whilst the fabric is completely light proof, light seeps around the edge of the blind slightly. If it wasn't for a blackout roller blind in front of the new blind I'd be awake at 4am in summer. I have overcome this by sticking a self adhesive foam strip down both sides and to ensure that almost no light can get through. The reason for it? well maybe my measurements aren't accurate enough, although I'm used to measuring and making things accurately, or maybe the manufacturing tolerances are a little too wide. We have had blinds from them previously and needed a spare part for some 5 year old blinds 2 months ago, they were brilliant, helped me out and sent me the part free of charge. Definitely recommend them.

Never ordered blinds online and admit to being a bit nervous about how it would all work out. Web blinds explanations and ease of ordering made it simple. I've ordered perfect fit blinds from a few different company's over the last few years. I found web-blinds to be the best fit and best value so recently placed a large order for some more. Unfortunately when they arrived quite a few had defects, these blinds were not to the standard I expected or received previously. However shortly after contacting their customer service team, I received a phone call from them to sort out the issues. I have to say that I received excellent customer service and the problem was quickly resolved to more than an acceptable level. Very happy and will definitely use again

Firstly : The blinds were made exactly to my requirements. They are now hanging up and are doing the job I bought them for. The blinds look very good, both inside the house and from outside. They were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The installation was straightforward. Secondly: Personally I don't particularly like the wand operated mechanism that came with the blinds, however so far we have had NO problem with the mechanism and I am not worried about this. We are very happy with the use of the blinds. Lastly: These are very good value for money.

Great Quality Product. I like many others work from home now as does my wife and son, I have had to set my office up in the conservatory and the morning sunrise makes viewing my monitors difficult, I placed an order for the blind which arrived well packaged and was installed within five minutes. The product is well made and does what it is supposed to, the fittings are very good quality and will last dee to being made from metal rather then plastic. all in all I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

This was my second order with web blinds and whilst quality of blinds is good the company's communication on order progress and delivery date is very poor as the delivery constantly changed backwards and forwards. Also their choice of courier is appalling. On both occasions the delivery has been made to the wrong address and on the first time just thrown over a hedge!! Will not be using them again.

This review if for Perfect Fit Venetian blinds, supplied by Web Blinds. These blinds are very good value indeed. Well built, look good and easy to fit. The only reason for not giving 5* is because of the length of time between order and delivery - about 5 weeks. But the blinds are made-to-measure, so maybe not too surprising really.

We had 5 vertical blinds made of different sizes from ordering to delivery and all went smoothly. Delivery was really quick and delivery states was sent by email and you get a tracking number to follow your order. Packaging was good on arrival everything was intact. We ordered our blinds here for our 2 bay windows. Each bay had 5 windows needing 5 separate blinds. I created a paper template for each blind to make sure the angles and measurements were exact. I fitted them myself and found the process really easy. We did consider getting someone in but it was so expensive, and looking at them now I don't think they would of done a better job.

Like many businesses, the company struggled to cope earlier in the year with Covid-19 . My orders were delayed, doubled up, over charged etc. but, at last, were fulfilled. Two Vertical blinds ordered and arrived as promised.They fitted as per the dimensions submitted and were easy to fit and look good - the inexpensive white linen blind was a good choice. The choice of a split assembly with wand control was, at first , awkward to operate, but having found that lifting the wand to lift the attached block in the runner reduced the drag to allow easier drawing and opening. All in all, a satisfied customer.

Customer service is excellent! I made the mistake of putting my delivery address as the billing address and vice versa. The blinds were sent to the flat that I had just moved out from, no questions asked they sent new blinds to my new address. I’ve used Web Blinds several times and always been pleased with the service, however, the last order was not so good. I used the tracking service and finding that my order had been manufactured was disappointed to track it for several days awaiting despatch! The operating mechanism seems to change with every order - from the brackets (this was the hardest we have had to fit) to the cord guides on the back of the blind (it will be interesting to see how the latest plastic clips stand up to exposure in a south facing window!) Looking from outside the window the blind does not hang as well with the lining material dragging slightly (albeit symmetrically) in a ‘v’ rather than a smooth finish. I shall think very hard before I order my next blind!

The blinds themselves are what you would expect for the price. Was messed about a bit for the delivery though; tried to order express delivery but was told they didnt cover my area so went for normal. Blinds then turned up a day early which meant i had to rearrange plans to be in. Package was missing a major component so i couldnt hang the blinds; phoned up and they sent me out the part but it took a week to come (and again via courier so i had to wait in for it) when they could have just put it into royal mail first class...

Only downside is I don't like the wands for opening and closing, preferred the chain and cord fixings but don't seem to do these anymore!

Blinds I ordered were a third cheaper than the ones bought from a local company and they met all my expectations with a fast delivery. Unfortunately there was a small fault on the rail so I rang and they said no problem we will send out another one. They need a photo of the fault to prove it was faulty and asked me to send a photo by email. I had problems with this being 75 years and only having basic knowledge of uploads etc. However after speaking to 3 different staff members 2 of whom did not get back to me, I finally got Tobin who gave me an alternative way of sending the photo and emailed me back to say it had arrived. The new rail arrived today and it is great and up and running. I feel that if the original was not faulty it would have been a perfect review but still I would have no hesitation in recommending Web Blinds at all and think they dealt with the fault and return excellently therefore 5 stars.

I bought blinds from web-blinds last year for all the rooms upstairs in my house. They were very easy to fit, look fantastic and far far cheaper than other companies. Now a year later I have had some work done to one bedroom, so removed the blinds and when I have gone to put them back up, I cannot find the clips to fix the blinds up. I have ordered twice from this company and the blinds I have ordered have been of great quality, arrived in good time and fitted perfect. The only reason I have knocked one star off is because of the delivery service, the box in which the parts where in looked like it had been used as a rugby ball and on both delivery dates I was not in so they had been left out at the back door in the rain.

My first experience of ordering from Web-Blinds was extremely easy just tick the appropriate boxes. I ordered a blue vertical blind it arrived exactly on the expected day. We followed the fitting instruction video so no problems. I am very happy with the quality and service received and will definitely be using them again.

Blackout Roller Blind was decent. Spring loaded locating mechanism for Roller to bracket is flimsy. Feels relatively study once fitted. Issue 1: Packaging is poor. Can imagine many receive damaged products through Transit. Issue 2: The fitting Brackets are terrible. I ended up damaging the Window ceiling trying to fit them using an 18v Drill at a near horizontal angle. You'd have to fit them with screws at a 45° angle, which means the screws wouldn't fit flush. Brackets too small, holes in the wrong place, holes too small for standard wall screws (including the one's they provided). Back to the drawing board!

Very pleased with the quality of the vertical blinds, made to measure with recess fit, size was perfect, there was only one slight minor detail with one of the Face Fixing brackets, it was longer than the other two hence rail is mounted with two brackets and not three. Excellent service with fast delivery, would order again .

I'v got 5 sets of blinds from Web Blinds. They are good - especially the more expensive finishes. Also, the way they are designed means you don't have to be a DIY pro to get them fitted; you just need a good drill with a 5.5mm bit - you can tweak the valance to make it look perfect once it's up. The problem is delivery. The couriers are a company called XDP Express. They didn't come the first day. The next day only one blind arrived and I had to wait a week for the second one to finally turn up. You have to pay to call them up. Simply put, good Blinds... but really rubbish delivery.

It is a real shame about their couriers, they emailed me about an hour before delivery was due with estimated arrival time, unfortunately I was at work then. On returning home found that the parcel had been dumped under shrubs in front garden and the packaging torn off at the end. This meant that the fittings were not in the parcel and had to call web blinds to send another set by post. On reviewing the couriers on line, found some shocking reviews, really think web blinds should change couriers. I would not chance making another order just because of the courier service.

The blinds are good for the price however the instructions are terrible, with no hints or measuring guides to help you install correctly. For example, if you put the mid-point-brackets in the wrong place, the ribbon rubs and you can't open/close the shutters properly. Of course, you won't know this until after you've drilled a load of holes in your window surround. We ordered two blinds, or the same type, and both came with different valance clips. One type was OK (the hidden ones) but the others just clip round the whole valance strip and are visible, and ugly. The metal end-clip-things are also a right pain. They don't close easily and one set of blinds had way too much space inside the bracket and I had to pad it with a bit of wood. Like I said, they're good for the price, but be careful when installing. Or Web Blinds could redo the instructions and make them so much better.

The blind is lovely. Well made and goes up and down smoothly. The only slight downside is that the blind is long and the pulley chain is too short in relation to the length. Hence as I'm not tall it's a bit hard for me to reach !

Ordered my blinds early as building works were still in progress however upon opening my blinds I discovered one of the large blinds was damaged in transit with a couple of months lapsed I thought the worst, surprisingly the customer service team were extremely helpful and assured me that they would get to the bottom of the problem they asked me to to email pictures of damaged blind, the next day I got a phone call from the team telling me the replacement blind was already being manufactured I have been overwhelmed with the service Web Blinds provide I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to family and friends Once again thank you Regards Duncan Macdougall
