Mr Anhar helped us to choose the right carpet. He is really helpful and professional. He helped us to secure the earliest fitting time. He paid attention to our needs, and advised what is best for us. He is so nice. Mr Aaron Andrews and Mr Kieran Harris came to fit the carpet in our Cotswold property in Jan 2022. They are very efficient. They are really polite. Great Job! Thank you all!

Carpet right in Abingdon was horrendous. Despite zero customers in the shop, I was barely greeted and zero effort made regarding my enquiry. I called carpet right on Oxford and requested a consultation to avoid being ignored again. Both Dominic and Anhar were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They gave very good advice, challenged my ridiculous DIY plan and steered me towards a more cost effective, efficient plan. Thank you very much for your professionalism and very welcoming customer service.

Visited the store to choose my carpets after my house was measured, the lady that originally served me was busy with another customer, but I was kindly greeted by another staff member who took over and organised everything for me. They showed me all the options for underlay and made the whole process very simple. As a landlord of a few rental properties, I appreciate the little things such as being acknowledged and being given a fair & competitive price without feeling like I need to haggle. I thought the fitting charges were high at first, but soon swallowed my words after I found out the fitters don’t charge based on how many hours/day it takes them, but based on how much volume of carpet they are fitting. I received a few quotes from private fitters in the area who actually tried to charge me more than Carpetright had quoted me. Thank you Carpetright for a memorable service

Welcomed by polite staff as soon as I entered the store, who then assisted me with any help that I needed throughout the process of renovating several parts of my home. A great experience that I couldn’t recommend enough.

Had all our carpets replaced recently with new underlay in our house and couldn’t be more happy with the result. Great price, excellent customer service and the fitting was perfect. As a business owner I appreciate how much ratings/reviews mean. I would advise you to look past the bad ones from this store as we could not fault the service we had. Thanks again!

Had a great experience at this store recently. We are currently renovating our whole house and were planning ahead with the flooring. We explained to the colleague (Anhar) that it would not be required until February time and he was still very helpful and advised us on the whole process and put together a quote for us. He was very clear at explaining the lead time and little details like grippers that we did not think about. His knowledge on the products were great and he made us feel comfortable and not like he was just trying to take our money. Will be coming back to this store when were ready to order our flooring.

Great store in my opinion, loved how there was good access for all people with a disability or not. When I walk in I’ve always been welcomed by the staff who truly look very professional. Great to see stores that can pay by card, cash and cheques as I feel that cheques are not used as much anymore and it’s great as cheques are more convenient or myself and my family as it can easily go through the business. Overall, I do like the store a lot and it does provide excellent carpet and I don’t feel that they have ever majorly let me down!

Had a bed ordered from the store and must say the service offered by the manager and his team has been second to none. Went in to buy some carpet for my bedroom. Great range of carpets almost too much to choose from. Members of staff were all helpful especially the man serving us (luke) providing us with expert advice on what underlay we should get and which carpets are the most popular in the shop for the type of carpet I was looking for. Organised fitting quickly and easily no problem at all. 5 stars for me!

We went in looking for a small piece of carpet or a small quantity of carpet tiles for inside a cupboard. The employee who served us was extremely professional, polite, well-informed and helpful. In the event, we actually decided not to buy anything (we found some rugs in Aldi that did the trick!) but that is to his creditno pressure, just a clear wish for us to have what we needed. I got an extremely good impression and I'm sorry if some of the reviewers on here perhaps didn't. I will certainly consider Carpetright if I ever need any flooring or carpet in the future. Sleazy salesman came to measure up. That guy needs some people skills. No samples, no access to samples. Useless. Quote was ridiculous. Only get a mid score because shop staff were helpful and nice, but would have been zero.
