Most of the staff here seem to be on the younger side and, are not very helpful if you cannot find the things you want.

I always get a friendly greeting/services in this store, compared to the Botley store all the staff at Cowley are ten times more helpful, they always check that you are happy with your purchase and if there is anything else you need, if you are buying pet health produces they will always ask questions around the produce and show you other opinions, always ask about your pet, always ask if you have a VIP card and if you want your receipt and will always give you a smile with a friendly farewell, great customer service

Great store. My little one loves going here just to see all the animals and fish, a huge selection of these and good prices too. There is also an adoption service available on some hamsters, gerbils etc which is great if you are on a budget. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile to provide a top service. Would reccomend this store to anyone

This shop is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely helpful, kind , polite , they go out of their way to help you too. My daughter had a brilliant experience here. Definitely going back!!!!! This post doesn't apply to the ABINGDON SHOP.!!!!! my experience there was total opposite. Extremely rude at abingdon and would advise going to oxford branch.

It is a quite nice place and we adopt little rodents from time to time in there. In this particular Pets they are reasonably well cared, although with all the limitations you would expect in a big shop: light is too strong, bedding is not perfect, cages are small... .

I love this shop! There's always a few biscuits under the pick & mix shelf to grab, and staring at the rodents and rabbits is the best thing ever! The staff always give me a biscuity treat when I leave the shop which is great speshily after I've just had a fur cut...

I like this pets at home. They have their bunny and hamsters for you to look at as well as fish. I came to get a new cleaning magnet for my tank (cheaper than I thought) and picked up some flea collars for the cats. Staff are always nice and helpful.

Always a decent selection to cater for most requirements - cold water and tropical aquatic supplies and live fish, dog and cat supplies and toys, as well as basic rodent and reptile supplies and live animals (and food). Dog groomer on site. Helpful friendly staff. Plenty of free parking but retail park can get very busy.
