The staff are brilliant in this store, but they are very understaffed. This has always been the case, I have been going for several years. You always have a long wait and sometimes have to return the following day.

Bright and blingy stationery shop catering for young teens, and kids, especially girls. It's a little expensive but the quality is good, better then tk maxx. They stock an inordinate number of pencil cases, possibly these are fashionable these days. They stock novel bags, school bags, notebooks, desktop decorations. All of it in bright and loud designs, worth a visit if you have young kids, the shop isn't that big though

This place is a bit bonkers. Went today and the sale prices made things reasonable but it's a smallish shop and generally full of semi-macic kids! Some nice stuff here and friendly staff but can be pricey for what you get.

Wow what an amazing manager. Went into the shop to get my daughter a necklace she had seen online when she was ill in hospital only to find out they don’t have a massive range and had none in stock. I was obviously gutted but Hayley the manageress came to the rescue and called another store that had some in stock. She organised on her day off to drive up and collect my daughters necklaces. I can’t believe that this lady went over and beyond for a random customer. Normally a shop would say oh sorry we don’t have any in stock. Thank you so much Hayley for everything you did. My daughter is over the moon. The bonus is when we went to collect we bought more items in store. Will definitely support smiggle oxford after their amazing customer service.
