This was a great experience. I’ve wanted to go to a T2 for a while, so I was thrilled to have the chance to do so today. When I went in, the store was nicely laid out and there was a great selection of tea. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and they had some discounts on the day we went in. The tea was got is lovely. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I love T2 and this shop is a little gem with so many lovely staff members :) They have temperature check and complementary hand sanitising in the entrance and a one way system place which made me feel very safe entering inside. The smelling box was gone due to covid but when I had a question they were really supportive to give advice and it made the shopping experience better despite that you cannot see half of each others face from face covering. I also loved that they had sale section in the middle and were very reasonable. It will be even better if the plastic packaging for tea leafs could become degradable or to have no plastic packaging somehow or if we can bring our own container to reduce plastic. Other than this having some student discount could be great but overall love the shop and teas :)! It will also be great to hear the story of where the teas are coming from and whether they are ethically sourced :) Highly recommend this shop and will be back :)

T2 tea is a beautiful, well presented, upmarket expert tea retailer in the relatively new Westgate Oxford shopping centre. They have An expansive selection of teas laid out that leaves one walking around surrounded by a wonderful aroma all around. Prices are on the dear side as one would expect for an upmarket retailer. There is some wonderful tea ware to buy as well. All this coming from a box standard consumer who has no expertise about teas, so take my advice with a pinch of salt... enjoy:)

Gorgeous range of teas and a beautiful shop. Not at all your usual Victorian tea-party aesthetic, T2 is really modern, has lovely samples of the teas to smell and always has a taster on offer which you can upgrade to a full cup for £2.50 (otherwise for a taster cup it's free). They have all the brewing equipment you could need beautifully displayed, things are a bit pricey, but not unreasonable.

Ideal tea stop in the shopping centre, especially if you're flagging. Plenty of seating once you've chosen a pastry and hot or cold drink from the extensive menu. It's a great people watching area too. Really enjoyed our impromptu tea stop which refuelled us for the rest of our day in Oxford.

Located inside of Oxford’s one of the biggest shopping malls, this dream tea ☕️ 🍵 shop is absolutely unique! Full of not only high quality all kinds of tea, but also tea cups of various shapes and colours and tea accessories. Among the tea accessories I bought a tiny London red bus tea strainer. Ideal shop if you want to make a real English present. But on a pricey end. Still highly recommended!

The store is big enough to not feel overwhelmed. There is a great selection of teas, although quite expensive. They also offer tea makers, design cups... The employee at that moment was extremely nice and you have the opportunity of trying any tea you wish in the spot.

I love this shop, they have so many brilliant teas! It is very hard not to spend a lot esspecially in the sales. I can highly reccomend the Morning Sunshine and the entire Green Tea selection. It is also great that they have tasting teas too, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful.

The shop itself is amazing! The different teas and teaware are gorgeous! I think it is pretty pricey but my main reason for not giving 5 stars is the staff. Not very proactive. I had to go chasing someone for information and then was not very helpful. Shame! But still a great store!

Brilliant customer service - we were welcomed in with a smile and offered samples of various teas to taste. Excellent for gift shopping - they have a wide range of unusual teas, as well as your good old reliable English tea! A small section is dedicated to bagged teas, whilst three quarters of the tea there is loose-leaf. They also have a range of crockery and other tea related items.
