M. R.I have been frequenting this establishment for years now, and although Mr Singh has the unfortunate reputation of being rude and standoffish, I stand by him. Situated by the station, it is highly convenient and always open. Prices are relatively high but such is the nature of Oxford prices, you can't blame them. It has a good selection of confectionery and beverages, whether I want to get my tipple on with some economy vodka, or have a sugary treat, Mr Singh always meets the requirements (legally, he is very firm on IDs which is good to see). The messy shop floor gives it character and despite most of the goods not being unpacked, Mr Singh is always willing to go to town with a Stanley knife.

M. M.This has been my neighborhood off-license for the few years I've lived in Oxford. The guy who owns it is incredibly nice. It's the place to go for cheap Polish beer and snacks.
