First time visiting the shop today and will definitely be back again. I needed a cat carrier for my kitten and I had no idea how to set the carrier up the lady at the tills helped set it up it wasn't easy and took some time she was so kind patient and helpful. As for the shop they have EVERYTHING birthday boxes for your fur baby's toys food leads collers clothes. Best pet shop iv been to in Peterborough definitely recommend. Thank you very much again to the kind lady :)

We booked the DIY grooming salon today for our 2 dogs, the girl at the desk was lovely, very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The shampoo and doggy perfume smelt great, bath and dryers worked well, salon very clean and tidy. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be coming regularly 😊

Lindsey has groomed our dog for the last 11 years we have followed her to every place she has moved to in that time as we have a very "special" dog and she knows all his little ways ie his likes and dislikes
