This is the 2nd time we've had the pleasure of dealing with Mike. We had Mike come out to us originally when buying a new home around 3 years ago and the service we received was nothing short of exceptional. He did a fantastic job then, and has done a fantastic job now with our newer home a second time around. The process from initially contacting Mike, to picking the colours and agreeing installation dates, all the way to seeing the finished product, fit and in place was incredibly smooth and done in fantastic time. Mike was very helpful in his advice when he came around to quote for perfect fit blinds. We were able to choose from a wide range of colours to coordinate with the decor of each room. Although there were some delays due to COVID 19 complications, when the blinds were fitted Mike showed good attention to detail. We are delighted with our new blinds!

I feel disappointed to be writing a review of this nature as the service we received throughout the process was terrible. We waited WEEKS for our blinds, rather than the few days Mike had promised and many calls and texts were ignored. HOWEVER, when we finally received the blinds they are truly stunning, and are better than we imagined. So if you want quality, but don't care how long you wait, then this is the company for you!

I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderfully kind person after posting on our local hampton facebook page looking to borrow a hammer drill to put up a front door canopy. Mike messaged me and offered to drill the holes for us but went above and beyond and put the be canopy up and did such a fantastic job. I cannot recommend Mike & Adele at New Home Blinds enough. I had been looking online for Perfect Fit Blinds, but was unable to source a company that could provide all that I required. My Bay Window has slim side windows and were under the minimum width available. I contacted New Home Blinds to arrange a home visit (for measurement & quotation) on May 1st and we had a great consultation about my needs and how the blinds would look. There is a fantastic range of colours and finishes available and I chose different colours for different rooms to fit with the décor. After placing the order Mike fitted the blinds on May 13th. I am so pleased with the turnaround and fitting service – I had 17 individual window panes to do and Mike completed it in one afternoon. The blinds look absolutely fantastic and keep the windowsills clear of clutter. The finish is a very high standard and completely exceeded my expectations. The Brushed Copper, Bronze and Silver Sparkle really make a feature of the windows. For me New Home Blinds (Perfect Fit) are perfect.

Mike was amazing at every step, spent a lot of time allowing me to be fussy and get exactly what I wanted in my home (there was a lot to choose from) but mike was patient and did not try to rush us at all. On the day of fitting mike and Trevor kept in touch with me to allow me time to get home from work which saved me hanging around all day for them and booking a whole day off of work. They both done a fantastic job of fitting and trevor even hung a mirror for me and tidied up after which I would never have expected. Exceeded mine and my husbands expectations in every way, couldn't recommend them enough. My perfect fit blinds and faux wood Venetian look beautiful together.
