They could do alot better. Took my dog for advice on her gums and a follow-up up her diet. Was told they would contact me with estimate and sort out bloods due to her bringing up bile but it's over a week and I'm having to call them again. They are not good with following through on things. I wouldn't recommend their pet plan pay monthly for flea and worming with all the extras as you only get the treatments through the post and you don't get the extras. Be aware that it's a continuous payment unless you cancel 😞...

A well stocked store, with a fairly decent sized car park for a pets at home store, like normal you do have some animals on display too available for purchase too and nice for the children to interact with them too. The staff have been helpful, I, myself have a personal issue with the parking warden but thay shouldn't knock any stars off as that's not releated to the store.

Jahome and his colleagues have always treated me and my dog Rocky with VIP royal customers. With their up to date knowledge on products and always a fuss and cuddle for the pooch. Cannot say anything else more positive about this place.

Very good system vets very knowledgeable about items that they know however owing to the recession period and lack of people not spending on items or procedures that are unnecessary at that moment in time,,, I could have been pressurised into paying out for something my pet of my pocket didn't require or ill afford.

Good service deserves praise. After working in customer service for 20 years, I have to say that It was a breath of fresh air to receive 5* service (especially while we are in this crazy Covid world). The super experienced, professional member of staff I spoke with was called Michael and there wasn’t a thing he didn’t know about Fish! He (alongside his colleague) were outstanding members of staff and represented the company to the highest standard. I would have shaken his hand if we weren’t social distancing.

This place is good value and really informative tries to answer and questions you have. The service in Bretton is better. The staff here seem to stand around talking are in no hurry to help you. Lovely big shop where you can get all your pet supplies. Big variety of food, treats and toys. They also have rabbits, fish, lizards, snakes lizard food and really anything you would need for your pet! Nice little trip for little ones to look at the rabbits. Loads of parking and friendly staff

Location itself is a bit awkward to get to on a one way system and as it has been there for over a decade store is quite dated. However, it is worth the trip. Always well stocked and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. They have good knowledge and advice but will refer you to the in-store vet if it's out if their range.

Good store, good pet food available in handy bags, They seem to genuinely care for their pets, we waited for opening as they were clearly inside doing animal husbandry. I'll happily wait a few minutes while someone makes sure a hamster is safe and comfortable :)

Staff I spoke to were awesome, really cared for animals, and knew their stuff. Loose one star for a bunch of minor infractions, car park is awkward, entrance to building is annoying (front sliding doors open directly onto the tills exit lanes), haven't had the products I actually wanted a couple of times, that sort of stuff. The rating must also be understood that this is not a specialist animal store, it generally covers most of what you will need, for keeping the most common types of pets, at home. I feel the company's branding reflects that, but still worth remembering.

Went in to adopt 3 little guinea pigs with my girlfriend, staff were more than friendly and very happy to talk to us about them. Initially came in to enquire about them where we were helped by a nice lady who gave us all the information, unfortunately did not catch her name, then came back about an hour later where a man named Edd helped us with everything we needed and even made sure to get us deals that were only available on the website that we were unaware of. Good shop the prices are quite high but I'm sure they have good quality merchandise. There are small animals for sale and anything you may need to take care of them. There is a vet practice located in the back of the shop and also plenty of parking.

Prices are competitive and some of the Pets at Home own brand items seem to be considerable money savers. They also stock all the main brand names. There's a vets here too and all the staff are helpful and eager to assist.

Very friendly and helpful staff, there’s a good range of stock although they could probably do with thinning it out a bit to make the choices easier. There’s a vets and a groomers on site, and tiny kids like watching the smaller pets like hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rats and rabbits, all of which are available for sale.

Great experiences here. We bought our rabbit hutch and rabbits here, the hutch was out of stock which disappointed my daughter but the manager was fantastic ordering us one in and also took my number incase one came in their store delivery in the morning rather than us waiting for ours. It did and she rang and put it aside for us! Very knowlegeable staff spoke to us about the rabbits and were able to give my daughter lots of information about how to care for the rabbits. We also came to one of the summer sessions and both of my girls loved seeing the animals, hearing all about them and getting to hold/stroke various pets.

When my girlfriend said she wanted to go into town and buy a rabbit, I thought she had planned to spice things up in the bedroom and a trip to Anne summers awaited me! Sadly got dragged to this place and ended up buying a different kind of rabbit for £50! pretty disappointed.

Pets at home has a large variety of stock for all your pets needs, from food, treats, toys to bedding and warm winter coats and safety jackets etc for dark night walks. The staff are very helpful. You can order online and pick up in store if required. The store at Bourges Boulevard in Peterborough also has s groom room and veterinarians. Their loyalty card is free and well worth having.

A knowledgeable staff base really make this place come alive, however it would be nice for a major brand like P@H to be more knowledgeable on minimum cage requirements for smaller animals; none of the cages they sell in store meet minimum requirements for hamsters, for example.

Good range if dog food brands and loads of treats. Lots of nice baskets like the one in the photo that my dogs got straight in to in the car on the way home. They never normally sit this close to each other but it was so comfy neither wanted to give it up. So that shows you their review. Excellent VIP scheme is loyalty card but your points go to a choice of animal charities so that's brilliant. Vets and Groomers at back of store. Lots of parking close by. There is one large store in town near Asda and one smaller one at Bretton Centre.
