Fantastic service! A great thank you to the lovely lady on the balloon counter; we walked in and ordered something a little awkward - despite the look of horror on her face, she was an absolute gem and put it together for us in 15 minutes!

Went with the aim of buying some fancy dress items but unfortunately the options were limited. However they had an amazing range of party decorations. The place was packed from floor to ceiling! Selling items I've not seen available from other shops, including humourous parking signs that gave me and my partner a good giggle on arrival

Was looking for balloons for Mother’s Day, due to having Covid I was unable to go out and buy some. I phoned up explained what I wanted, where to deliver to and the day. Was quick and easy to do! Amazing service would use again! 1000/10

Great place for all birthday decorations including helium balloons 🎈 with lots of variety. People are helpful when asked so you can wander around on your own checking prices. They also do fireworks, but take your ID to show you are over 18.

I've been going to the Party Place for the last 25 years and they have never let me down. They have an outstanding crew who know what their customers want. Also, they help you greatly when you need ideas in what you're for. On top of that there's a whole choice of just about everything you could choose from. And you can find them on line. It's worth a visit and easy to get to from the A47.

We went there on Christmas eve to pick up our balloon to do our gender reveal later that day. The lady was very pleasant and even asked us to go get a coffee knowing that we were so nervous as we hadn't looked at the envelope. They brought the balloon out to the car and it was lovely. The picture doesn't do it justice but even had writhing on the other side with "He or she" it was of great quality and definetly was the centrepiece of our reveal. Highly recommended

A comprehensive, well-priced range of party items & accessories. Such pleasant, helpful, informative staff (contacted by phone for advise on the website). They were last time which is why I chose to use them again. A pleasure - and relief - to deal with them. Highly recommended.

Easy to park. Reasonable selection slightly more expensive than the internet but not hugely so worth going if time is short or you want to see before you buy. However has a pretty poor website with not even a fraction of what they actually sell on it which can be off putting if you don't know the shop is better stocked.

Just called for help with my sons nativity outfit. They didn't have anything available at such short notice (my fault really as I need it NOW) and it's in their catalogue to order (a cow suit.... 😂🐄so not the most common request), spoke to a lady on the phone.... She was so helpful and lovely... I've never been to this shop but honestly, as customer service goes, I'd be happy to recommend this place just because of her and how she had made me feel xxx love good old customer service where you leave feeling valued. You couldn't find a better place to get anything or everything you need for any celebration. If they haven't got it they will do their utmost to get it or recommend a perfect alternative. Can't fault anything . Joanna is the best . So helpful professional and offers great ideas and advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great shop with lots in: cards, balloons,costumes etc. Really fun and had very friendly staff.Although it wasn't on Google maps so found it hard to find. I looked up saville road and found it that way instead. It's near go go outdoors. Would be useful to have it on maps.
