Tony is an absolute legend, always willing to go literally above and beyond for his customers. All of the staff that work at this shop are a real credit to him too. I travel the country regularly and have been to 100s of different shops but none outclass his little shop. Couldn't recommend higher.

Was visiting the area and searched for the best rated and found The Vape Shop which was not far away from the hotel. Called in as I needed a new starter kit, I could not charge the battery of my e-cig. Am completely clueless when it comes to makes and models etc.. just discussed what I wanted and was shown a few options, no pressure or hard sell. Came away with a new e-cig at a reasonable price and some great juice. So glad I called in thank you for your help and advice. You can’t beat personal interaction in a physical shop you just don’t get that same customer service online.
