I wanted to say a huge thank you to the lovely people who helped me on Tuesday evening at this store. The team who were working that evening were all very happy and cheerful talkative and helpful. More so a lovely gentleman called Matt helped with loading my car with some heavier items. Also the items I purchased were half the price compared to other superstores nearby.

Not my regular store and happy to see the store was clean, tidy and well light. Found everything I needed easily. Some aisles are a little tight for 2 people to pass with trolleys but it is possible. Very pleasant and helpfull staff witnessed helping other customers and also the till staff who noticed I missed bagging 1 of my items.

Considering most of the shelves in poundland, sainos, Co op are looking more communist Russia circa 1976, B and Ms shelves were bursting with bargains today, went to get some low calorie, sugar free goodies and they have tons from the skinny range at bargain basement prices, I went in to buy maple syrup and somehow cane out £45 lighter.

I brought a bin and it was broken before I even got to the check out. So they gave me another one. I said I'd cherish it forever. I left the store. And 25 seconds into my walk to the car the bin fell to pieces. So I returned my cherished for 25 seconds bin. And got a full refund. They were very good about it....especially as I had said I would cherish said bin for ever. The staff are very kind and well meaning but are also exceedingly dim witted. In every store I have ever visited. Also their own bag for life looks like it say bum from certain angles. Love you bye.

Was served by Leanda-cannot praise her too highly! A credit to your Company! Nothing was too much trouble & I was very impressed! In fact all the staff were friendly & seemed very happy with their job! I ordered 2 hanging egg chairs which are really heavy & Leanda helped me Load the trolley & helped load it into my car! (Not the trolley!🦋) I offered her a tip but she graciously refused! I hope this is brought to attention of the main store manager? He/She should feel lucky & proud to have such a professional team!!! A wide range of groceries and household goods stocked, can get very busy and crowded but early in the day it's quiet enough to browse in a more relaxed way. Some good prices though of course not everything's a bargain. Staff are pleasant and hard working.

Good selection in store.. If you are particularly fond of imported/specialist goods but not fond of the price tags, I would recommend you to visit, I generally find this to be the cheapest place with the best selection for imported goods I've come across yet in Plymouth. Always spend more here than anticipated ha!

All shelving where empty, when someone asked a member of staff why?, the answere was we had stocktake and today is the first day we where aloud to stock up. Also there was 4 trollys in the isle and you couldnt see the shelves. I understand the stocktake, surely would have been better to stock up after closing time, i went there with a list and couldnt get anything.

Budget shopping but pay attention you could still save else where be a smart shopper and don't always think this is the cheapest shop on the high street .

It’s like a Poundland feel as it does not settle on one product area but with a mixture of different prices. Like a supermarket but take out the fresh food and increase the homewares and that is what this is. Some good prices and plenty to look at, but also with prices can deceive as price may look good but things like cleaning fluid may be in slightly smaller bottles than the size at the supermarket so look at the price per mil/gram etc if you are there to save money. I like to go for the sweets mainly.

Almost always find what I want at reasonable prices. Bought a tray but the hinges broke on the legs. Took them off and still used it. Small floating shelf was useless as the fittings would not hold the weight of the shelf. Bought some brackets and used them.

Easy enough to find and for those who do not know it's just off marshmills roundabout on to Plymouth rd, the first left hand turn just after McDonald's, where the old B & Q was. Staff seem friendly enough but not may on tills, could be due to it not being as bissy, have been in there at times and tills were all in use. As clean and tidy for what to expect from a big discount store. An app can be downloaded on your android phone (not sure about apple/Microsoft phones) which allows you to scan item's which can actually be different than the shelf displayed price (at times lower than half the price), would defo recommend. Very good parking availible at front. Store has a wide range of items for sale ranging from sweets for the kiddies up to homewares. Worth having a quick look, Happy shopping.

This is a great B&M store located in Coypool!🌈 There is a free car park located outside, with a wheelchair accessible entrance. There isn't a garden centre here, but there is one at the B&M in Saltash. The staff here are polite and you can get some great products here. Overall, this is your average bargains store!🌞

The biggest B&M I have ever been. It's a big store and my biggest surprise has been the garden section. Good bargains but in food, I find many things cheaper at Asda.
