Ordered online, once confirmation came through to collect, it was really easy to do. On arrival at store, I went to tils, spoke to a really lovely lady who called a colleague with paperwork, signed for and away I went. If help is needed they will help you..just ask. The store is clean which is a big thing for me. Will 100% use again.

My local pet shop, the staff are always helpful and the store is well stocked. The pricing for dog food is a competitively priced but by belonging to their pet club you can get loyalty points and additional discount.

Has a good selection on offer. Is great when it comes to smaller rodents and pet carries, but dog food I have had an issue with before and when I took back the manager was really not helpful at all. Instead I went straight to the supplier who was much more helpful. There treats selection for dogs is good, but my two love hairy rabbit ears which they don't stock so I'm still looking for somewhere for them. Also they can't get in Panacur liquid at the moment due to supplier issue, which was another item I was looking for.

I’d just like to take a moment to share my appreciation for the staff at Jolleys. I needed a harness with a lifting handle for my little companion as he has a little hernia that had me worried about him jumping in an out the van. The lovely members of staff opened their doors 45 minutes after closing on a Sunday with smiling faces and treats in hand to ensure this little man had all he needed for the weeks ahead. Their true passion and care for animals really shon through on my visit and we can’t wait to come and say thank you again! Keep up the great work!!!

Can be hit and miss some visits they have nothing we have gone there for cat litter,mice food. Can be a bit more expensive than other retailers but for convenience we visit. However with the new loyalty system we actually seem to be getting money off regularly

I usually get our pet food online but unexpectedly needed wet food for my cat after urgent dental surgery because he couldn't eat his usual biscuits. I'm disabled and wouldn't have been able to wander around the shop looking what I needed or carry heavy boxes but I called jolleys to explain and they were fantastic! A lovely staff member went and got the boxes of food I needed off the shelf and held them behind the counter for me so I was able to park right outside to pick them up. Thanks so much for your help!

Great that you can pre order your dog food for pick up! They have a great range of dog toys and bones! I have a puppy that destroys every toy so I have been buying from the pound section. When she stops teething I'll buy her some more robust toys that will last! Staff are friendly and helpful and you can take your puppies in! Ideal!

Love this place! Have 2 birds with a very fussy palette. Many shops only offer the standard bird food, which was causing some difficulties for their health, but this place has a HUGE range! They wont stop eating now! And let alone the good amount of toys they have too! My mum also uses this place for her dog! She loves it too. The staff are so helpful and kind, always lovely to see them interacting with the animals in store with owners. Definitely worth visiting for pet owners!

I've been shopping at Jollyes for years. I visit the store several times a month to stock up on food/treats for my various pets. One thing that always makes a visit worthwhile is the attitude of the staff. They are always friendly, polite and helpful. I like the option of being able to buy food mixes in whatever quantity I wish.

Deliveries all over the place. Low stock on shelves. Staff seemed very disorganised and more into chatting!! I realize stock is difficult to receive but staff should be offering alternatives.

Fantastic wide range of harnesses. We needed a bed but struggled to find the right size, they seemed to be low on stock. We bought the odd bits like ear wipes and an LED collar light nice and cheap, but wasn't overwhelmed with the quality. Nice to have cheaper options when you can't afford to spend a fiver on wipes though! The member of staff we dealt with could have been a bit more friendly; she wasn't rude by any stretch but seemed disinterested and wasn't very helpful... Could have just been tired at the end of the day, mind you. We'll be stopping by more frequently with the summer fast approaching and the doggies needing flea and tick treatments regularly again.

I love going to this place but haven't been in a few months. There seems to be more shelving in but don't know what there is extra. The alleys are a lot narrower just glad I didn't meet anyone as one of us would of probably had to move right back to the beginning of the alley. Very tricky walking down them now pulling a basket and holding a dog. Wasn't a pleasant trip today so left without getting all I needed or having a good look around like I would of before. Such a shame as was my favourite pet shop.

I had bought jollyes own make? on a previous visit about 3 weeks before. When asked a female assistant seemed disinterested. Visit overall was ok

Often more expensive than same product can be found in main supermarkets so unless looking for something you are struggling to find elsewhere it would not be my first stop for pet food, unless an offer beats competitors. However there is lots of choice, plus there is the selection of toys, bowls, beds etc to look at so I enjoy visiting here, but generally don’t go often due to not much in way of bargains.
